My only issue ever with interparcel is if you have a delivery problem...customer service is not always as good as it could be....thankfully that doesnt often happen! :)

I have used Interparcel for several years now and am delighted with the service and prices. Their service has improved since I started with them and now when I ring I get an answer almost straight away. I can even cancel collections on the same day as the delivery was scheduled if a customer changes their mind. Previously I used Business Post who charged me extra for fuel surcharges at the end of each month. Now I know exactly how much each delivery is going to cost. Changing to Interparcel has saved me over ?2000 in courier costs.

Been using interparcel for many years and have had no problems with them. A [very] few consignments that have gone wrong (that is a fault of the courier not interpacel) have been dealt with quickly with a phone call although I now use the chat feature if I have any questions/problems which is more efficient. I do use other services from time to time for certain shipments but much prefer the interpacel website as I find it one on the easiest to use and label generation/printing is generally superior to other sites. I like an easy life and the interpacel site makes sending things quite easy and so far I've not had any customer service issues.

Recently had to send loads of parcels of my sons Lego we sold on ebay. Interparcel were the cheapest by far with the convenience of being able to drop parcels off at a local newsagents that was open on a Sunday. Normally would have to rush to the post office by midday on Saturday. Postage labels can be printed at home and paid for by Paypal. Have also used for a parcel to Belgium with no problems at all.

Prompt, reliable service, no problem with the couriers whatsoever however the CUSTOMER SERVICE at the headquarters could be better, every time I have to call, they keep the conversation as short as possible (I feel pressurised to express my questions very quickly) and it is impossible to get any discount even though we send parcels every other day.

I have been using inter parcel for some time now and The product is so easy to use, the courier always arrives on time, the delivery is very quick and usually the package arrives at it's destination in perfect condition. I have had an issue with a couple of deliveries, the insured value was repaid in both cases without any delay. Thank you for an excellent service

If a small package will be cheaper, as it should be, then you could get more parcels. Half of our parcel go to the Royal mail, which is cheaper for a small package.

I only use your UPS service, which I find is excellent with helpful personnel. However the other day for a pickup you had sent all labels etc., I waited in all day but no pickup. I emailed you to ask why, getting no response I then rang you the next day to be told UPS did not accept cycle frames? Your telephone adviser was polite and said you had emailed me back, so I rang off and re-booked with you via City Link, but to date have not received the email your representative said I had. After you as far as I was able to know had accepted the parcel booking, I would have thought it only common courtesy for you to make phone contact when you realised UPS would not accept the booking and an immediate refund via PayPal would have alerted me to the problem . Otherwise fine, possibly until another problem arises?

I have used InterParcel several times because it is very economical, easy to book a collection and you can specify the earliest time that the item is collected. My parcels have always been delivered very quickly and I will continue to use this service. .

Interparcel is a fast and easy to use website to send packages either nationally or internationally at competitive prices. Its easy to use and there are a good variety of services by major recognized carriers like UPS, FedEx and TNT. I have been using it for years without any missing packages and only 3 damage claims, all of which were paid. My gripe is that the customer service is pretty bad and complaints go unresponded to by unhelpful and disinterested staff. However, they are usually fairly flexible if you need to change the collection date/time or address. Don't use their TNT post service because it seems to end up in the normal post, takes forever and a day and the tracking is almost non existent. They also have an annoying policy that everything must be packaged in cardboard when often, some packages are safer packaged in other ways.

In the modern hi-tec internet world every parcel company wants my business, they all offer similar prices and delivery options, they all claim to be the best and to be honest there is very little difference between them, until something goes wrong that is. I have tried them all over the years and interparcel is the only one that sorts out any problems in a commonsense and logical way, they understand the grief i get from my customers when something goes amiss and put 100% into fixing it, i'm not just a number i'm a person with them, they don't invent excuses or palm me off to somebody else they simply sort the problem out. As the heading says "buy with confidence from these guys and sleep easily"

My friend recommended interparcel to me after Royal Mail quoted me some ridiculous price. Not only did it do all the searching for all the courier companies but saved around 50% by using this site and had parcel picked up same day

Sent a parcel through Interparcel using CityLink as they were the cheapest. Unfortunately the collecting CityLink driver didn't attach a barcode to the parcel so that it got lost at the depot. Interparcel issued refund via insurance without quibble so would recommend them but would advise to avoid CityLink at all cost. If you want to be sure that your parcel arrives then my advice is use UPS - never had a problem with their service.
