“I rate Interparcel highly. You won't find a cheaper or more reliable service and it costs me less than when I had accounts with TNT and UPS. My only frustration is that they treat the Isle of Wight as "Highlands and Islands."”

“Been using Interparcel for about 7 or 8 years now and the service is great. Never found better prices and the website is very easy to use. Has really made shipping out my products a stress-free process”

“We were as a Company a little nervous of using Interparcel, only basing our judgment on the negative comments viewed on line, but I have to say on behalf of the Company, we have been sending to our customers parcels on a regular basis all over the uk and over seas and I can say that we only have positive feedback, when I have requested a collection it has happened and the delivery requests have been adhered to, also when amendments at short notice have been made, again I only have positive feedback because I have been met with friendly and efficient service.”

“It's changed the way I do business on eBay and made it cheaper and easier for me to send things. I use UPS via inter parcel as they are very very reliable.”

“You can rely on Interparcel to allow you to book your courier delivery at a reasonable price and they will collect when they say they will. We have no problems with damaged packages and deliveries are made in a timely manner. The only thing I would like changed is for a delivery slot to be available as I need to pick up children from school and I'm nervous about missing my pick up.”

“This company charges ?18.50 for a domestic service. Going to the company directly - they offer the EXACT same service (as confirmed by the company I spoke to themselves) for ?4.89 including VAT. I asked IP bout this and the woman just gave me a load of evasive lies about how they don't get a discount on the smaller packages when [external reference] tell me they give extensive discounts. The company service is generally good - but I have not yet had a problem with an order besides the courier turning up at 20 past 5 when everyone had gone home (and a 4 o clock cut off was specified) but the driver was more than happy to return the following day. Best part is it is convenient - I don't have time to search dozens of sites to find the best company.”

“I just wish they would save one's credit card and address details. It would also be helpful if on the last page they would summarise the shipping details to allow one to check everything before confirming the credit card payment.”

“We have used Interparcel almost exclusively since our contract with DHL became too expensive a couple of years ago. With one exception, I think all our parcels have been delivered as requested. There have been occasional system problems but the customer service has always been very responsive in resolving them. We have had only one overseas parcel that was not delivered within the timeframe specified, which was disappointing and exposed shortcomings in the communications between Interparcel and the courier. Nevertheless, I would certainly recommend Interparcel. The service is efficient, uncomplicated and reliable and the staff are understanding and pleasant.”

“cost very high but no choice but to use one of these type sites if you want to send small quantity have had no problems with interparcel they used to offer a discount for being regestered but not any more. let me know if you find a site offering cheaper prices as they dont reward loyalty.”

“Never had any problems with Interparcel. Prices are competitive, Customer Service is great and overall very pleased with them. Been using for years and will carry on using them. Shame they charge 2% for PayPal as that is my preferred method of payment.”

“I am writing from my first experience this year, I booked and paid online using my paypal account and I expected the delivery to Sweden to take five days, it took only three days. I am so delighted, today I have booked with the same people and it cheaper and no queuing at post office either.”

“Been using this service for around a year now and not once had a problem with it (although I don't use the Hermes or TNT services offered as I haven't had the best experiences with these in the past). The biggest advantage of Interparcel is the prices. It is so much cheaper than going directly to the companies and I've saved loads of money now I don't have to book directly with TNT or other couriers. One job TNT quoted ?60 to do when I called them but it was just ?8ish on Interparcel. I always go for the Interparcel Standard or Premium (I think this is operated by UPS) and it is a very good service. Always here promptly the day after I book it or even on the same day if booked early enough and always arrives the next day. Also, if you put in the times you would like them to arrive to collect, they always seem to stick to it. Staff are friendly and helpful when I've had to call and the drivers are all very efficient and friendly. Highly Recommended.”

“Well, that was good - needed a legal document sent to Poland, so booked a collection in the evening, courier came 9.30am next day and delivered to Warsaw by 9.30am the following morning, so 36 hrs from booking to delivery. Easy to arrange as well, with address label and courier label sent in advance to stick on the item. Recommended and would use again....”
