“We have used Interparcel for some time mainly using TNT of their choice of carriers. Any problems (not many) have been down to TNT who have failed to collect parcels at times. The response of Interrparcel when this occurs is very good with a new set of paperwork. However it does mean a delay of a day to correct. The service of confirming delivery is really good. Prices are good especially when compared to Royal Mail who seem intent on pricing themselves out of the market including their Parcel Force service.”

“I have used interparcel & their couriers for most of my deliveries. Sometimes Royal Mail for smaller items & others for pallets etc. For general items they've proved very good. Once or twice I've needed to talk to customer services not to complain but for help & they are excellent”

“Interparcel is the website I choose every time I want to send a parcel. It's a very straightforward search engine which brings up the various courier quotes in a couple of minutes and in a few more minutes I've booked a courier for the job. I've never been let down using any of the couriers put forward.”

“I've used them intermittently for years, I'm not a big customer but they always treat me like one and through their consolidation service I have sent small units all over the world without loss or damage. I'd recommend them to individuals and SME's as well as the big boys.”

“The prices, choices, ease and speed of booking an online parcel shipment are excellent, however I have a few gripes: - it took me ages chatting to a representative to understand how to pay with Paypal, the procedure is a little cumbersome and there's not much explanation of what is going on and what one has to do. Online help chat is good and quick though. - You can set a preference to show prices inclusive of VAT, but it doesn't seem to stick unless you log in, and even then the price of insurance is boosted by VAT at checkout, something one obviously forgets. - when sending with UPS, the tracking number on the website does not correspond with the tracking number from UPS, which means you have to type it all out to send it to the receiver. - Finally, it would be nice to have a quoting system that includes insurance right at the start, and that the levels of insurance/tracking/signature options are displayed when comparing quotes. Other than that and other minor flaws, it is excellent for choosing courier shipments to the UK and abroad, with very good and ample choice and especially very convenient prices, in particular those with UPS - they're cheaper here than on the UPS website. Recommended for individual and businesses alike.”

“The parcel was picked up the next day after I booked & delivered the following day after that. It had to go all the way from Christchurch (Dorset) to Wales. So well done from me to Interparcel. Would definitely recommend.”

“Interparcel.com offer an Excellence service all round with ease of ordering from collection at the door to delivery to the recipient. I have always relied on Interparcel to deliver my parcel on knowing that whenever I am unable to deliver with one courier then there is always another to choose from their list, that will deliver when needed. Excellent "Real time" notifications/ confirmation of booking/ receipt of order via email that then can be relayed to the recipient for piece of mind of tracking their order/ parcel to receiving at the door. I have been using Interparcel.com since 2004 for a small hobby and have had no problems with safe delivery to this day...Thank you Interparcel.com.....”

“When i was originally looking for a parcel delivery company, prices seemed quite high, but then I discovered Interparcel. Excellent service and reasonable price structure. Since the Post Office revised their rates to a new high with a "picky" dimension structure there is now no option but to use the independent operators.”
