“This was an excellent service and good value. The driver who collected was courteous and efficient. The speed of delivery was amazing. The recipient also mentioned how pleasant the delivery driver had been. I will use this service again.”

“Such an easy to use website for getting a quote and making a booking, and the price was great too. Automated email containing shipping labels and tracking number was immediate and collection was exactly as booked. Highly recommended and will be using them again.”

“Booked a next day pick up with Citi Link - item was collected on a Thursday (Citi Link say it was Friday but it was my sister who handed the parcel to the driver) & item was then delivered on the Monday. No refund offered. Not interparcels fault exactly but still a bit off that Citi Link try & pull the wool over your eyes and your just expected to live with it - people usually book a service and pay more for it for a reason.”

“I've had an account with interparcel for a few years. there a wide choice of couriers you can used. this is very good if customer want a priority service etc. There online form is very easy to use. I recommend this Interparcel to anyone, Kind Regards Alan”

“On the whole Interparcel has been a good service. I like being able to drop off parcels to local shops, as this saves me waiting in all day. I have only had one 'hiccup' with Interparcel - when a parcel was not delivered, and didn't resurface for a month! But other than that, I have been pleased with the service - and as a registered UK charity, I need to watch the costs, so this is a much more cost effective way of sending goods at a reasonable rate.”
