“easy to arrange collection of parcel.only downside you have to give first and last name of person the parcel is going to.this is not possible when it is a return and you only have the firms title”

“From the beginning of the process, that is the first telephone contact to get information about the service and an approximate price, to delivery a few days later here in France I have been very, very satisfied. thank you very much to all the team at Interparcel and UPS who help me out. I will certainly use the service again and recommend you to friends living here in France who need to organise deliveries from the UK.”

“I would never have imagined, with my poor English knowledge, and thousands of miles away from the UK, to be able to organize so easily an International shipping, by myself. The service is simple, clear and fast. The tracking is accurate, and I've never had any problems. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!”

“I wanted a cheap way of sending a fairly heavy parcel to a friend in Wales and this service ticked all the boxes. The parcel arrived in 6 days but that incl. a weekend so it would have been quicker if sent on weekdays.. I would highly reccommend this service from a drop-off point to a collection point. My parcel wighed around 3kg but could have been up to 5kg for the same price. It cosy under ?1.50 incl an SMS message when the parcel arrived at its destination..Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!”

“I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of their booking system, it saved me hours of trawling the net trying to work out which carrier was the best for my item. It was so simple - just complete the online form and an instant quote appeared listing the various offers. One click and it was done. I have used them twice recently and have nothing but good things to report... I cannot recommend them more highly. Simply superb service.”

“Brilliant service from drop off to delivery. Parcels arrive quickly and safely. ( not damaged ) The booking-in procedure is simple and your shipping labels are ready as you finish imputing your details. They offer couriers for virtually anything you can think of, National and International, and a good range of pricing to suit every pocket including optional insurance. Why would I go anywhere else ? For us posting ,apart from letters, is via Interparcel everytime.”

“I wondered before I ever registered if they were going to problematic, although one can only see them in their true light when there is a problem, but there have been no problems ever, but you have to use the correct courier. They offer some companies who I would never use in a million years, but for a few pounds more, I am satisfied that my choice is the right one. Using a 3rd party like interparcel is very cost effective. If my business continues then I would use Interparcel all the time, if not, then if I need to ship a parcel I will use Interparcel and if GCHQ or NSA are reading this, use them they are superb.”

“I have been using Interparcel for years and think it is the easiest service of its kind. I can save regular customers to the address book and also multiple collection addresses. The fact that I have so much choice of which courier I want to use and can see all the different services available makes it a really good system.”
