“I only send around 6-12 courier packets per year (as a small business) and in the past had an account with FedEx, who were always reliable but very expensive. Then around a year ago a friend suggested I try interparcel, the first packet I sent was to a regular customer in Lebanon and I was amazed that it cost half what I was used to paying. Since then I have sent about 10 packets this last year, usually choosing FedEx from the interparcel site, and have not had any problems at all, apart from one held up in customs in Kazakhstan. The fact it costs me less now means I can charge my customers less, which can only be good for orders.”

“I booked a parcel to be taken from Lymm, Cheshire to Barnard Castle, Co Durham. I bought the economy service (estimated delivery in 2 days) but it arrived in under 24 hours. Well done INTERPARCEL!!”

“Needed to send a parcel to a company. We have never sent one before, so looked on google and inter parcel came up, got a quote, brilliant, simple, straight forward, no non-sense. The courier came to pick up. Done. End of.”

“I booked a large package on Monday evening to go from UK to Germany via the UPS service.. It was collected from me on Tuesday and arrived safely at its destination on Friday. I will certainly be happy to book through Interparcel again in the future, The online booking form is simple and straight forward, Collection & Delivery of the package was very quick and efficient. All in All a hassle free service from start to finish.”

“I would definitely recommend this service. The process to get a quote and place the order was very quick. They were the only company who could collect at short notice (less than 3 hrs), their system works, and the price is reasonable. I also like the fact that they text to let you know the delivery has arrived safely.”

“I found these guys on Google and am very glad I did! Set up an account and we've used them ever since for sending things all over the world. Always great prices, nice list of options to choose from and compare and never any problems with delivery. Has been great for our customer service too!”

“Very easy to book, easy to track your package all the way and more importantly affordable. My parcel has not yet arrived to its final destination, but from the tracking so far I can see that it will be delivered on the date quoted! Will use again!!”

“It is very easy to get a quote for sending a parcel anywhere. You can choose a courier of your choice and decide on the amount you wish to spend on the delivery. The staff respond quickly to any query you may have. You need to go through the process twice if you need the parcel to be collected as well, as I have to do, following the repair of my product. I wonder if it may be a good idea to include sending a parcel and returning it as another option.”
