“Only ever use interparcel to send out ebay items”

“The whole concept of booking on line and being able to trust the driver to collect things without the need for me to sign for them on occasionally is excellent. I have never had need to use the extra insurance cover I sometimes chose to pay for, but trust a claim would be a straight forward process. I understand I may need to have taken specific photos of packaging an item prior to being sent is a bit OTT as all our items are packaged in an identical manner and feel one photo should do all.”

“There are more and more user-friendly and very economical options for sending a parcel. My only gripe, why I gave four stars is that you insist on being given a phone number for the recipient. I don't believe this is necessary and it means that if I don't have the number I can't use your services.”

“The best courier broker I've come across.A great selection of carriers,with more than enough different services to meet your needs. Most of my customers remark on how quickly their items arrive.The staff are always happy to help if a problem arises(which isn't very often).I've been using them for the last 8 years,& would recommend to anyone,who sends items internationally.”

“I started using Interparcel 8 years ago when I started my business, I have sent many parcels all over the UK and to Finland, Holland, Slovakia, and have had a 99% trouble free service, There have only been 2 minor issues in that time but these have been sorted very quickly.”

“This is the first time I have used this service to send a parcel, though many times they have delivered to us. My printer was not working properly, but no problem, they used the numbers, and during its transportation printed off another label. The parcel was delivered in time on the day of my son's birthday. Well done!”

“less than post office by 1/4 the price picked up no going out in the cold and standing around And delivered the next day.. easiest carrier collection ever.. pick up deliver next day cant ask for more.. will certainly use again thank you Interparcel saved the day !!”
