“Using Interparcel couldn't be easier. The format is similar to all the other couriers but no hassle as they give you a wide selection of options and don't make errors or silly demands for information. Provided that the parcel arrives OK , I can thoroughly recommend the service. David Parry Somerset”

“We use interparcel regularly and choose TNT and UPS services in the main. I think we have had no lost shipments and only one damaged shipment in the 4 years we have been using the service. The name and address database could be more comprehensive and up-to-date and the cut off for next day delivery could be later but Interparcel is a good value for money service.”

“Excellent price structure was the reason for choosing this company. Easy & helpful booking system, friendly & efficient customer service team but courier failed to collect my parcel and I'd waited in ALL DAY & EVENING! Need shorter pick up windows not just anytime between 8am & 9pm. So frustrating when courier lets you down. Lets hope it arrives in time.”

“Would highly recommend Interparcel. Many couriers will not insure musical instruments so I checked with their team through their friendly live chat service where they confirmed that as long as it was well packaged I could send it. Using the standard Interparcel service, I was able to book a 6 hour time slot for collection the next day and the courier (UPS) actually turned up early but this wasn't a problem. My parcel arrived early the next day at the other side of the country & I was able to easily follow all the tracking info. So overall excellent service & competitively priced (the cheapest I could find online).”

“YOUR SERVICE IS NOT BAD. But there's only some problem and We didn't like that as in the past City link lost our 2 parcels and we tried to open the dispute but Interparcel said its been delivered when its not other than that its ok.”

“Booking with Interparcel is quick & easy. Decided to use City Link next day delivery - Mistake!!! After paying over ?10 for next day delivery was told the parcel would be collected between 0800 - 1800 which in itself is a bit of a joke. Waited in ALL day. No sign of City Link. Contacted Interparcel using their on line chat facility and was told that City Link collect up to 1900 hrs. Tried again at 2000 hrs and was told that City Link had updated their system that they called at 1712 hrs and got no reply. Absolute rubbish, i was looking & listening out all day. They obviously used a feather to knock on my door! No calling card left. Feel really let down. Won't be using City Link again.”

“Hey, bruv, just used a great courier service to deliver my Ebay sale, fast, efficient, and cheap, they collect accordingly to a time slot, and also provide printable tracking documents that you can put on your parcel. And for as little as twenty pence, they will text you when delivery has been made. When I received the text I was pleasantly surprised, from door to door in under 30 hours. His reply great, thanks for the info, I'll certainly be using them. Thanks Interparcel, for a job well done!”

“Used Interparcel for the first time yesterday. As with most reviews, I'd read varied opinions, but my experience was totally positive. I was impressed by the fact I was booking a final delivery service from TNT, at a price less than if I'd booked direct with them. So you get all the benefits of a 1st class courier at a reduced rate as well. Needless to say parcel collected and delivered on time. The option of a confirmation text at either end, for 20p, was a nice touch! Yep, thoroughly recommended.”
