“I have used these guys many many times. Website is easy to use. It works and they have never failed a pick up or delivery yet. They did take my money twice for the sme delivery the other day. But a quick call to customer services and within 3 days they had refunded me.”

“I have been using Interparcel for all my international shipping small business needs for over a year now. I love the freedom of giving my customers several shipping options with a courier that suits them and I find the prices are fantastic. Oh, and they come and pick up the package right from your door, no more waiting in line at the dreaded post office.”

“This is only the second time I have used a courier. I usually go to the P.O. As this was a heavier and larger parcel, I got a better deal using Interparcel. It is easy to use but as I am still new to this activity I had to take my time. I would have no hesitation using Interparcel again. Competative prices, Paying with Paypal and printing own labels makes the whole process very easy. Dropping the parcel into your local shop means I do not have to wait in for collection. Its great. Recommended!!!!”

“Easy to arrange collection on line, bit of a nuisance having to wait in all day, however it's always a friendly driver. First black mark today, waited in all day for collection that never came, I am booked with Citylink, tomorrow with another parcel, am expecting a pick up by UPS (interparcel economy) hoping they will take both parcels.”

“To be honest I had never heard of Interparcel before.......glad I came upon them though as my delivery went as planned. From the moment I booked my collection to the text I got when the parcels were delivered within the timescale given. Definitely use them again without a doubt!!”

“I either click on UPS or City Link. They are always delivered within 24 hours even though they state it can take longer. Have never let me down once. I am very price driven so Interparcel are the ones for me.”

“Interparcel was recommended to me by a friend. I was truly impressed by how easy it was to obtain parcel delivery quotes and in taking the next steps to arrange for the delivery. To add to the experience, the courier arrived late afternoon the following day and delivered the parcel across the country the day after. I definitely recommend Interparcel and will use then again soon.”

“I have been using interparcel frequently for two years, bookings are generally easy and if you need to cancel or change a booking they are easy to speak to and courteous. However If there are any problems with the collection or delivery of the item that quickly changes with them perfectly capable of telling a pack of lies and quite prepared to become belligerent and rude. Also forget the SMS text out for delivery service, its a waste of time and can end up doing more harm than good. Because once their uninformative SMS is sent telling you that the delivery is out to you for the particular day, if there are any problems for the driver, they do not send another telling you that the delivery will not be made, so you waste a whole day waiting, expecting a delivery that is never going to arrive.”

“Hi, Your web site is very well designed but still lacking in the facility when help is needed. 1) Communication link when help is needed are NOT APPROPRIATE. Of course you have phone number to contact but the charges are quite high and very busy, so one one feels reluctant to use it, then the chat service is mostly not available the last resort is e mail then which also takes long waiting for your reply . For all these reasons you may lose your lots of genuine customer. Solutions. Introduce either a free phone service or one with the common phone rate,you will earn much more than otherwise this way. Make a short call duration limit to be economical. 2) Introduce a separate HELP LINE when someone is having difficulty in filling your form a free phone line or quick chat service, because most time one gets stuck and can not proceed further and then finding no quick help look for the other services available. here you lose another customer. This literary has happened to someone I know ,but he was determined to use your services which he did. I hope these few lines of my personal experience as an retired Managing Director of a company will be helpful and beneficial for you. Regards. Yours Sincerely, Syed”

“Interpacel is the best courier I have used fast and reliable. My parcel are always collected by UPS and delivered fast and the tracking is very good. One thing I would say it would be good to have a local collection point to leave your parcel instead having to wait in all day for collection.”
