We used to pay silly money sending parcels, Interparcel allows us to quickly find the most cost-effective and reliable delivery service. It's great!

On the 18th February I rang Interparcel and spoke to Annie Lee, to let her know that a parcel I had sent had been ripped open and the contents had been stolen before it reached my customer. She insisted that she was very sorry and would do her best to help me by passing the message onto Hermes. It's now the 24th February and I have heard nothing back. I decided to ring Hermes about this incident and they told me that Interparcel have not been in touch about this incident at all. So I am guessing that 'very helpful and sorry' Annie Lee just told me a big fat fib to shut me up and keep me strung along for a few days. I then rang Interparcel back and got on the phone to her, and asked her if she had passed on the message. She ummed and ahhed but I didn't really get an answer from her. It's pathetic - this company will gladly take your money from you but when things go wrong they are no help at all - so you'd better pray that nothing happens to your delivery. If you HAVE to use Interparcel (please don't) then make sure you don't send anything that cannot be replaced, as these people will not help you replace it, will not give you a refund for lost orders, and will take your phone calls and then forget you even exist. I have been using Interparcel for just over a year, twice weekly, sometimes more. But they will not be getting anything more from me - and I'm going to make sure everyone I speak to to knows how useless they are in a crisis. They have lost a loyal customer who used to sing their praises. I own an online shop, and I am in contact with a lot of other online retailers. I have already speak the message across our network to let everyone know how useless they are, and a few of my friends said they would never use them. Useless 'middle-man' company - go direct if you need to post.

Service is horrible Booked a Pick-up within a time slot of 8-14.45. No one turned up for collection. Tried online chat with the customer service at 15.30 they said the driver would come today. But wasnt too happy with the reply so called their customer services about 10 mins later. The lady on the phone advised me that UPS had already attempted a Pick-up which contradicted what the online customer service person said. It was really confusing. They didnt offer any help or a reason why the pickup wasnt done. Was informed that they package can be picked up tomorrow. So i have to stay away from work for another whole day so I can get my package picked up for which I have already paid in full. I really dont get it. The customer service lady was really not helpful. Providing no relevant information. Really disapointed at this minute as I wanted to have this package reach its destination by Wednesday and now it wont.

Very poor service from this company, i will now never use them again. I booked a parcel for collection today prior to the cut off time. I received a receipt from the website which i downloaded and printed. It clearly states that the collection date was the 11/02/2015 between 13:30 and 17:30. When i called to try and find our if TNT were still coming i was informed that i had booked the collection for tomorrow (12/02/15), this is a lie and i have evidence in the form of the original booking receipt i received with i placed the order, however the online version of the same booking receipt has mysteriously changed to the 12th Feb, i tried to suggest to the customer service representative that they must have a fault with the system or someone has changed the collection but she point blankly refused to accept this and insisted that i booked it incorrectly. I have a digital and hard copy of the original receipt showing the collection date i agreed to when i purchased so Interparcel are welcome to contact me and receive a copy of this. If a courier company says they can collect today i expect them to do so, i could have lived with it not happening if it had been TNT that had failed to turn up, what i cannot accept is being told that i booked it for the following day when i know for a fact that i did not, essentially i was told that i had booked it wrong, the customer services department would not even consider the possibility that they were wrong, i do not like being lied to so i will not be using them in future.

Boxes delivered in terrible condition with no details of who the sender was, when i spoke to customer services at interparcel to find out the sender they told me it was confidential which i found very unhelpful, so i now have a customers equipment here with no way of finding out who the customer is, i told them i would start rejecting items from interparcel with no customer details on and they didnt seem bothered in the slightest, avoid this delivery company like the plague

I booked for a someday collect, next day delivery service via them however, my customer did not receive the parcel after four days! I have tried to chase them with a horrible customer support and on the fifth day, they confirm the delivery of the parcel. I demanded a compensation because I never received the service I paid for but even though, they refused to act. I got only cold sorry reply. Waste of time and money. Stay away from them.

DO NOT use this 'service', they don't care and will rip you off. It is NOT worth it! They don't deliver and then LIE on the phone. Disgusting. You WILL regret using this courier. There was a 'sorry we missed you' card left in my post box yesterday. IT wasn't filled out with any details or ticks in the boxes what so ever, just the consignment number. The delivery man had NOT knocked on my door. Just put it through my outside post box. When I called to complain they said that he had had 'trouble finding the door'. ?? Just knock on the door. The person on the phone said that he would be coming back TODAY (yesterday). I asked her whether she was sure, and she said 'yes' he is definitely coming back. So I waited in for 5 hours and he never came. I phoned up and they said that he was never coming back, and had been to my house twice! There was NO knock at the door. And they claimed that TnT had NOT told me they were coming back on the same day. THEY HAD. They then told me that they would be out delivering again tomorrow (Today). So whilst I was waiting in I decided to give a call to make sure, as I had already had experience of how incompetent this service was, I thought I had better call to make sure. TnT said they knew nothing about it and for me to call interparcel! Interparcel then tell me, 'Oh it is not coming out today'. The service I received was DISGUSTING. I would expect to receive at least £100 for a day like yesterday, and being put through these LIES and awful service. It was inept and the second woman on the phone basically called me a liar. The driver to my area is obviously inept and I shall be telling the company I ordered from NOT to use these services again. The woman on the phone at Interparcel wouldn't help me, wouldn't deliver today and didn't care at all. It is unbelievable. TnT said it was your fault, Interparcel said it was theirs, whilst at the same time you get paid and don't even an effort at all to please the customer. Disgusting. Thanks.

I had to send a set of very heavy antique copper kitchenware via post, and needed a reliable yet cost effective service. Having been shocked at the exorbitant price Royal Mail quoted, I did some research into alternative courier options and was put off by some of the terrible reviews made by customers (mainly referring to Hermes & Collect Plus). Due to the nature of the items I was sending, and the fact they were being sent in 3 separate boxes, I needed peace of mind that they would arrive in tact at the correct address. Having received a recent package myself via Interparcel, I checked out their website & reviews, and was impressed. I went ahead and booked delivery of the 3 boxes via their efficient online system, opting for the UPS drop-off service, and felt re-assured by the step-by-step tracking service. Each box arrived safely just a few days later, and my buyer was extremely satisfied. From my first experience of using Interparcel, I would highly recommend them. Thank you Interparcel for providing a service I can trust...PLEASE don't let your standards slip like other cowboy companies out there!

I used inter parcel from the beginning, there prices are fair & I have an account with them. However when something goes wrong they just don't care & I really mean they don't care. My latest was a wrongly delivered parcel, I need to keep my customers happy, as ever they do the minimum which means more problems. Unless I get involved nothing really happens & on 1 occasion, luckily the parcel was coming to me, it took 3 months to arrive & that was only because I got involved later on. On my current problem I e mailed them about how badly they dealt with the case, the reply is they can re book the collection, that's it. Luckily some of the couriers can accept direct contact & I sort it out with them quickly, easily & have a result that usually keeps my customer relatively satisfied (not the case if inter parcel was involved) I'm inter parcels customer but the customer care is of poor standard. Then there is the damaged item system but I won't go into that here. Improve your customer care, we do count.
