“Interparcel offer a great service that I have used several times. On the last occasion I used City Link via Interparcel they managed to send a shipment to Bangor in South Wales , rather than Upminster in Essex. To find out what was going on was almost impossible. I do not blame Interparcel in any way for this, its just that City Link seem dysfunctional.”

“I have used Interparcel on at least 11 occasions now and have had absolutely no problems with them whatsoever. they arrive when they say they are going to arrive, most of my parcels have arrived at their destination early and the prices are excellent. So far I have no reservations in recommending this company.”

“It was my first time to ship stuff from UK to Europe and I'm very satisfied with the services I received from Interparcel. I chose to drop off my parcel at one of many UPS depots in Newcastle instead of having to be in all day waiting for the courier to arrive. It took 4 days for my parcel to be delivered and I could track it all along the way!”

“I used to use interparcel a lot, it used to be very reasonable for next day delivery but over ?10 for a small parcel is a rip off. I would have used Hermes but it wasn't next day.”

“ALWAYS COLLECTED WHEN STATED AND TRACKING POSSIBLE NEED THIS TO MAKE SURE YOUR SOLD ITM=EM REACHES ITS DESTINATION. WILL COLLECT FROM PORCH IN MY CASE BECAUSE SOMETIMES NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE OF WORK TO HAND OVER PARCEL.”

“What more could you want? Get quotes from different couriers, pick the cheapest, book and pay online then drop off at a local shop when you're ready. Its brilliant. I used to have post ebay stuff either through Royal Mail (expensive!!!) or wait in for a half day for a courier to collect the item (inconvenient!). Interparcel is therefore my savior!”

“I've used interparcel on many occasions and they've always been efficient. WARNING: just had a guitar sent to me by My Hermes via Parcels2Go and the 2 day service took a week as the couriers can't get a large items in their cars, so take note if you use them with Interparcel.”

“I found this organisation online after having had years of problems with another parcel service which was unreliable, expensive and very unhelpful. Quite often my goods would arrive damaged! Since finding InterParcel, I have always had efficient service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a next day service which is not only a safe delivery but also very economical in cost. A pleasant young man greets you at the door for collecting your parcel and this makes such a difference as opposed to lugging your parcel to the nearest post office!”

“Been using interparcel for a few years now and they can not be beaten on pricing and service. Good to have a service which you can rely on at the last minute and also when you have scheduled parcels going out. Would recommend them to any one that needs a good, helpful, friendly and reliable parcel service.”

“I have a parcel that was sent on the 25th February and only went out for Delivery on the 1st March. The status now is that there is an issue with the address and on 11th it has been sent back to the Hermes Depot. 10 days and not follow up. I have a very unhappy customer. 949531046829”
