“I have used Interparcel loads of times and never had a problem. It can be a little long winded to book up and print off the shipping label, but it's worth the effort as you save a lot over Royal Mail.”

“Would take too long to write about the good points. So the only small negative points are: 1. Our company is not in your database, I have to type it in every time we use you. 2. You cannot save info, so have to type it in again every time we use you. 3. We think your insurance is too expensive. That's all folks.”

“I find inter-parcel has been a godsend to us on many occasions. It's a great idea to have one place to go and be able to choose a service and price from a good selection of couriers. Also being able to track directly from the website is extremely useful.”

“A lovely interface, all quick and easy, from start to finish it takes me 5 minutes, the only thing i would change would be, maybe to allow 3 parcels on one quote, all going to different addresses, as a business it gets rather tedious going through the same thing every time you have a parcel, rather than a batch going out at once. But super friendly courier drivers, a lovely experience...next stop 5-stardom!!”

“Audio-t in Portsmouth have been using Interparcel for just around a year after having used several other courier firms previously. Interparcel offer a range of services and costs that allow the customer to make fast and well informed choices. This has a lot to do with the well laid out and user friendly website. As with all transport services there are inevitable issues that will arise, and on the odd occasion something has not gone according to plan one could not wish for a faster and more satisfactory resolution. We can thoroughly recommend this service”

“The pickup timing was great and also delivery. My only disappointment was that i paid for a text to let me know when parcel was out for delivery, but never received it. I did receive the text to say parcel was delivered, also paid for.”

“Intercompany parcel service is really reliable and easy to use, the website is easy to navigate and quick. Since using the service we had no problems whatsoever with our shipments and everything has arrived ok. really efficient”
