“I found the website quite easy to follow, but sometimes when a private customer is sending an item to a business which is all dealt with via internet, you don,t have a contact name, but it is marked as a mandatory requirement.”

“Brilliant service. Its predictable and entirely at your own control and convenience while getting the best deal too. Can't fault it - everything you need in one place and I never look anywhere else unless its for 'hazardous' items that need more interaction with the carrier.”

“I can't recommend Interparcel enough, I don't send many parcels through the company I work for but when I do my first port of call is Interparcel. So easy to book & so many different delivery options. I have an account with one of the couriers on Interparcel's website but it's so much easier booking it through them.”

“Easy to order on line. Book a time and they come when they say they will. Very pleasant and helpful drivers. The parcels arrive at their destination safely. All in all an excellent service.”

“I have used Interparcel to send many parcels and have never had a problem with anything not being delivered on time or more importantly not arriving at all!! I continue to use them due to competitive pricing, ease of use of the website and options available for collection or drop-off of parcels to suit”

“I work from home buying and selling so send a lot of parcels. I use Interparcel almost every day for all my packages over 1KG. Having shopped around and used all the other mainstream courier services (parcel2go, parcel monkey, etc) I have to say Interparcel is by far the best! They do not get it right 100% of the time, however if there is an error (i don't get my shipping label or something) I can call them, they answer the phone very quickly and resolve the issue immediately. The customer service is really good and I cannot fault them :)”

“Goods pick up and service is good,communication good but to many things get damaged,boxes are marked very fragile with correct labling,always packed very well with bubble wrap and padding and in strong boxes,they must be thrown around to break them,some items are covered by insurance which is alway delt with quickly but some are not covered which looses me money,it is not the companys fault, it is the courrier workers who do not respect the packages,we have seen how they treat packages on tv programs, it is time something is done about this disgraceful behaviour.”

“We have been using Interparcel for quite a while now and have found them to be reliable, efficient and trustworthy. What is especially good about Interparcel is that you can state a preferable time period for collection and 99% of the time they manage to collect on time. We have never had any parcels go missing and they always arrive on the date stated.”

“We are using inter parcel for over 2 years now. Despite they are courier broker we are happy to work with them. We had few issues but some problems sometimes unavoidable I think. Web interface is very good and straight forward. It is very clean and clear on the prices and insurance cover and so on.”
