“So last time i used this so called reliable company to send 2 parcels to 2 different addresses they sent the courier 3 orders for 2 addresses. The extra order was cancelled. When i tried tracking it, it said my goods had not been collected. Contact interparcel 2 days later i get a tracking number and its been delivered guess what to the wrong address both parcels apparently went to one address. So i contact the lovely lady who says she refused the parcel and handed it back as it did not have her name on. Interparcels reply we will try collect the parcel from her tomorrow i reply she gave it to drier next day contact interparcel to be told they tried collecting the parcel but there was no answer funny as the women rang me and said they had been and she told them they did not have the parcel. Interparcels reply we will contact the courier and let you know nearly 2 weeks later of me constantly emailing phoning (costing me over £20 in calls) interpacel replied with tracking saying the courier had left it in the porch for a parcel that requires a signiture really? Another week later i am told a refund will be sent in 21days. 22 days later letter and refund letter stating it was an isolated incident and never happens bla bla bla, So i give them a second chance wish i had not guess what happened, One parcel for delivery guy comes to door do you have two parcels? Me no just one guy oh interparcel sent us 2 orders i will just cancel the extra one now my tracking says item not ready for collection. First contact with them i am told someone will get back to me asap as this is not the first time its happened to me. Still waiting second contact the customer service says well it was not ready for collection thats why you can not track it! seriously i just though id try track my parcel moving around my house really think about it its been collected! so again i am told please wait someone will be in touch im guessing in around 2 weeks i will be told the parcel was left somewhere like behind a bin! and its not lost stupid company never going to deal with again disgusting apalling how they even have the company afloat i do not know.”

“Collection booked, courier missed, OUR fault not Interparcel's or couriers, but then when we tried to rearrange it at 9.00am the following day, we were told our consignment could not now be collected until the day AFTER THAT. pretty poor really seeing as if i had had a brand new consignment to be collected, and PAID for, it would have been collected same day. Good customer service should apply to existing clients as well as new orders.”

“I left the parcel with my local Dorset newsagent at 1-56p.m n Thursday and on Friday I received a text message that it had been delivered in Bradford, Yorks. within 24 hours. My text message arrived at 1-14 p.m. to tell me that the package had been delivered and signed for at 12-33 p.m. By my judgement, that was good efficient service at a reasonable service. All at a reasonable price!”

“I have lots of packages to forward to my daughter in Canada and I have chosen interparcel to send the first of a few packages. Their online site is very simple to use sending all information, labels etc direct to my email for easy printing and attaching to the package. Upon safe arrival of my daughters package I will certainly use interparcel for the rest of her belongings. Many thanks”

“Will definitely use this service again, massive saving versus other options, arrived much earlier than anticipated 45 hours, box was in tact and obviously handled well, drivers called before collecting and delivering - I would rate your service 6*******, Thank you.”

“Hi - sent a parcel by Interparcel today. It was brilliant. The website was straightforward, the parcel collected very quickly and I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived in a remote part of Scotland. Great communication and I knew where the parcel was at all time. I would recommend this company if you ever need anything collected and delivered reliably, cheaply and efficiently. Rachel”

“My daughter recently moved to Italy to study. I needed to send some of her personal belongings and looked at many reviews online of other companies. But inter parcel was the jmost reasonably priced and the one with the best reviews. And it has proved that in the service we got. Your tracking service was excellent too. Well done. We will definitely be using you again and again. Thank you for making my daughter a very happy girl”

“I have used interparcel for several years and always found they provide an excellent service especially for heavier items and they provide a list of carriers and prices on one page. I have even used them to transport an 18th centrury cast iron swivel gun to the North of Scotland and it only cost ?32 and was delivered within 48hrs. The service newly added is via Hermes where you drop the parcel off at a local convinience store excellent service all around.”

“Interparcel is ideal, firstly it's the price range my customers are looking for and so easy to use, just choose the quote that's best for you, pay and they come and pick it up! Simple as that, and you can get a text when it's been delivered - Brilliant !. The driver was prompt and polite. This is the service I've been looking for and the service my customers need.
