Decided to use Interparcel as they offer good range of options. Including some which don't need a home printer! Website is easy to use. Pickup was next day at 8.30 and cost less than Post Office second class! Thanks.

This is twice we have used inter parcel now, one to go to Asia and one to Wales, very easy to use and parcel can be collected same day if done early enough

Interparcel is my prefered booking agent for both national and international shipping. Service is always excellent and any slight problems are very quickly resolved.

There was an original issue (not sure if it was at my end or theirs) but Interparcel responded promptly to my query and sorted it out satisfactorily. Impressive.

I have received parcels and send some and the service has always been perfect as well as that it is cheaper than ParcelForce and quicker. What more can I say. 5 Stars is not enough. Keep up the good work and thank you.

i would always use the post office but found the cost going up but with interpacel you can choose what is best for you from cost to deverly and if youmake any misstake they are their for you from email to the phone keep up the good work thanks

Interparcel terms and conditions exempts them from losses or damages to your parcel, please read carefully. InterParcel is like the banks that caused the credit crisis with the mortgages, take the lucrative profits of the business and unload the losses on the customers. InterParcel has no control of the tracking, no control of how efficient and responsible are the delivery people because they are just an intermediary, so they don’t care. And the delivery people they don’t have any care either because they are not accountable for the losses. Is this a way to run a reputable business? We are in the UK, no in Nigeria. Where are the Regulatory Bodies? Somebody stops InterParcel. They are not a reputable company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked the 'Drop-off' service after purchasing something on ebay. The Interparcel website showed quite clearly that the seller could drop off at nearby Coventry branch of Parcelforce (who were subcontracted by Interparcel). The seller duly went along only to find out that Parcelforce no longer operate there, he was rightly furious at the wasted journey. When I went directly to the Parcelforce website there was, indeed, no mention of a Coventry branch. I phoned Interparcel to complain, they were completely unaware the branch had shut and made no offer to compensate for the error. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was cut off twice, maybe a coincidence, or maybe to deter me. The supervisor was resolute that they were not to blame, I said maybe I should take this up with Parcelforce but was advised that they would not compensate me either, as they had not dealt with me directly. When I asked who was responsible I was told it was just an IT issue, the company Interparcel seemed completely incapable of understanding what an unprofessional and incompetent service they had provided. I am now left with a seller who is considering relisting the purchase on ebay rather than dealing with another drop-off branch of Interparcel who have shown themselves to be completely untrustworthy. I may therefore lose the item completely due entirely to Interparcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent a guitar from Durham on the 31/10/14 to Tenerife still has not got there to date 18/11/14.This is a joke company whom do not ring you back with updates as to whats going on. constantly blame UPS, Customs or anyone. appalled and stressed out by there lack of commitment to deliver they also say no money back although it should have only taken max 7 days. Told twice to phone for delivery in Tenerife, only to find guitar in Madrid. I do not know what to do next so therefore going to trading standards as no solution appears to be forthwith. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PAY EXTRA FOR A RELIABLE COMPANY.

Ordered and paid for a "next day by 12" service. A week later I asked the recipient when they would refund me for the returned goods. They had never received them. Turns out they hadn't been delivered and were sitting in the courier's depot for a week. Asked Interparcel for a refund on the basis that they hadn't delivered the service I had paid for. Their response: it wasn't a "guaranteed" service so they had no obligation to refund. Apparently if your order doesn't say "guaranteed" there is no obligation whatsoever to deliver within any frame of time. Completely mislabelled and unfit for purpose. Furthermore, Interparcel wouldn't even try to explain how the service had gone so wrong. Use Royal Mail instead
