“Good service, especially with the Interparcel service ( Actually UPS). Quick-ish form entry and good overall service- not the cheapest, but 100% confident it'll arrive without any problems. UPS website has good tracking information/waypoint status updates, so you can see exactly where your parcel is.”

“They are online courier service broker, their website is well-made and concise, easy to compare price, pick the service & book/pay - you can also cancel bookings by contacting via their web form. Got reply reasonably soon and it was hustle free to cancel a booking. Although my 2nd booking had a technical problem and the label was not issued immediately. Contacted them again during weekend and they sorted it out by Monday morning. The only minus is that their Drop Off icon on the map was pointing the wrong location (500ft off the actual location). Recommend to check the Drop Off location by yourself via Google Map + StreetView.”

“Since they changed their database system it takes many minutes to fill in one customers details as they now use a pre filled database. Many customer details are far out of date. Our own is prefilled with a company that left our trading address over 5 years ago. Please return to the old free-hand data base so that we can easily fill customer details in ourselves. We always use UPS and never have any delivery problems.”
