“I have been using the service for the last 2 year from UK to France and Germany.Fully satisfied with the price,the time it take to my parcel to get delivered and and also happy with the customer service.I will be using it for this Christmas .....that is for sure”

“Interparcels service is fantastic , just a shame that TNT can't keep up there end as every parcel I have booked via TNT has been late.!!!! But every parcel booked with ups is always on time or early Fantastic service Thanks”

“Booked in the morning for two boxes to be picked up the same afternoon and delivery next working day. Boxes were collected as scheduled and delivered at 10.30 next day. Was able to track them all the way so knew they had been safely delivered before the recipient texted me to say he had got them. So much cheaper and less hassle than having to go to the Post Office.”

“Great service. Everything went well. Staff in the office was helpful. Website booking procedure could be improved. There were some confusing steps and I didn't notice some additional documents needed printing.”

“i have never had any trouble with interparcel they are fast and great tracking even when signing of the parcel you get confermation on line no mess about will allways use them ,prices are great and would recamend to anyone”

“Outstanding service from beginning to end. The parcel was collcted when promised. The delivery company had to deliver the parcel 3 times as the customer was not there on the 1st 2 occasions. I would thoroughly recommend interparcel to anyone and I am planning to use them again soon.”

“I have used Inter parcel 3 times and I have found them the best and I can not fault them so far, I have used then for 15 kg parcels and even to Spain. What can I say so good so far ++++”

“Although not 100% they are the most reliable with replying to emails and refunding in the event of your parcel not being collected but even then, 8/10 your parcel will be collected especially if you use UPS inter parcels own courier. Trust me when I say this is the best courier company I have tried. Well for me at least. Alot of other ones are HORRID”

“Great service, saved me a lot of money. Used it to collect a package in the UK bought on ebay for which the owner wanted to charge 70 pounds for shipping costs. Eventually aranged it myself using interparcel for only 25 pounds! Great service and speedy replies to questions”

“Very good service , I always use ups as you can't go wrong an you save a lot of money by going through interparcel , would never use parcel 2 go as they do not Even have a helpline”
