“Interparcel offer a wide broad of services, with excellent communication and tracking followup. The service is very reliable and efficient. Obs.: Shipment to Portugal can be improved if the Interparcel tracking number is shared by Portuguese partners (end-to-end tracking number). Good work!”

“I've used interparcel on numerous occasions and they have a really easy to navigate website and clear booking procedures. I've chosen different couriers according to my needs at the time, for instance if I needed a quick delivery, one with extra insurance options, a timed collection or even when I had no access to a printer to print address labels with bar codes, some couriers affix their own bar code labels on collection and so you can hand write the address labels if you wish . The site shows you clearly which couriers require printed labels with codes. There's options for all these things and booking details and necessary documents are emailed back to you for your own records. The site also keeps a record of your past use if you create an account and log into this each time. This is useful to check details such as tracking numbers of parcels sent. All in all I've had a very good experience using interparcel and shall continue to use them.”

“I sent the item to my brother in Yorkshire, booked the 1-2 day service, thinking it would be two days and unbeknown to him I was going to visit and would maybe be there before the item. It was delivered approx. 19 hours after collection, in perfect condition. Thank you.”

“I have used this service many times & several of the services offered. I have never been let down & have found this to be really good value for money. So much better than the postal service & I don't have to leave home & pay petrol or stand in queues at the post office. The last parcel I sent I saved ?10.99 on the post office price. All my Christmas presents will be delivered by this brilliant method.”

“I used Interparcel again to send my packages.... you just know they will arrange collection and delivery without hassle.... The items arrive safely and it can be tracked on line.... oh and if there is an issue with the online tracking ... the helpful people at interparcel chase it up and get back to you quickly ... peace of mind for postage...”
