“I come from the Czech Republic and use Interparcel frequently to send parcels home - my sisters wedding, Christmas presents, little niece birthdays, Easter...... Always on-time, never late collecting parcel, friendly service and excellent delivery to my mums house in Czech. Even the heavy parcels get carried right into the house.”

“I often send parcels to a family member living in Australia. When I first used Interparcel I found their rates to be very competitive and have since use them many times. Booking is easy and straight forward and when I couldn't find the answer to a query I had, I phoned and found the staff very helpful in finding the answer for me. So far I've had no problems with parcels arriving at their destination and have even found on occasions they were delivered sooner than I expected. I've only used UPS and FedX when booking through Interparcel and both have been reliable and the collection drivers very helpful. I have noticed that recently the cost of shipping has gone up with Interparcel but found this to be the norm elsewhere... I have no reservations in recommending Interparcel going by my own experience.”

“I use Interparcel a lot, it gives very competitive quotes for shipping. Everything has always gone very smoothly except for two occasions, both with Citylink. Interparcel would get 5 stars from me if Citylink wasn't a partner option. No problems with any of the others.”

“We have been using Interparcel for several years now and have always been happy with the service they provide. I like being able to book the couriers online and I think we only once had a problem with a pick-up and that was because of the snow. It would be nice if they were able to give an eta for deliveries, but I would certainly recommend this company.”

“From the fast log in, the myriad services on offer and information all on one page to the printing of the documents is highly commendable; clarity, speed and effiiciency are obvious and necessary. The cost of insurance is steep for goods of high value up to 2kg and a certain carrier consistently failed to collect - I have blown them away. These two gripes lost a star, which should be only half a star and still feel very comfortable when using the site. The telephone help and support is by far and away one of the best, if not the best. Their performance alone is worthy of a star on the rare occasions they were needed.”
