“Interparcel website easy to use & allowed parcel to be easily tracked. Dropped off parcel at local depot of Parcelforce mid-morning of day 1 having purchased a 48-hour delivery option to customer in N England. The goods were safely delivered the next morning. Very competitive prices c/w some competitors. For a very small additional fee bought the option of SMS message to advise delivery. Would use again”

“I have used Interparcel more than 15 times now, and the only 'gripe' I have with them is the over the odds cost for insurance. Competitors such as Parcel monkey offer the same delivery companies but the cost of parcel insurance with them is far less by comparison. all in all though they have always collected and sent items on time.”

“I placed and paid for my order to be collected the same day at 11.35am and the guy was at the doorstep 45 mins later. He also had the correct doc holder to stick on the parcel and I recieved a txt to say it was delivered on time and who signed for it. Have to say that it would be humanly impossible to get a better service than this Many thanks”

“I had some delivery issues a while ago and someone recommended I tried Interparcel. I've never looked back it was easier and cheaper and I've had no problems since, that was about two years ago.”

“Although the service is excellent and reliable the online system could do with a tweek! We use your service almost weekly over the past 3 years, but are unable to store our information online I have to enter all the company and payment information every time I want to send parcels!!! Please help!!”

“Interparcel pick up and deliver when they say they will. I find the drivers for my area are very helpful and treat my parcels with respect. Unlike some other carriers, I can monitor the progress of my parcels in detail, even when I have sent them overseas the information is there immediately. When I have phoning them regarding an alteration to the order they have dealt with my request swiftly and cautiously. I don?t like the 2% add surcharge charge via paypal payments, I think the price of sending goods with extra insurance is high and up to ?100 should be free and then an extra ?5 should cover goods up to ?1,000. I would also like Interparcel to increase maximum parcel value from ?1,000 to ?5,000.”

“It is better to have a specif collection time rather than a whole day wait. Moreover, the printing of the labels can be hard if you don't have a printer or your printer broken as it happened to me this morning when i wanted to print out the labels. Why not suggest your drivers bring labels when collecting or have an alternative”

“It wasnt specified before purchasing that I would need a home printer to print a label. They wouldn't take my collection without it and took over 24 hours to respond that I would need to rebook on a different service. More trouble than it was worth but I did eventually get the package sent.”
