“In their favour - their website is quick and user-friendly. Otherwise, if you can be bothered, you may as well use the parcels-smashers (er... "couriers") they represent directly, because they are usually a bit cheaper. As a company they have zero control over the parcels carriers, which is a shame because most of them are shamefully careless and unreliable. And whatever you do, don't waste money on their so-called "insurances" because they don't actually cover anything that is not otherwise utterly indestructable. I suspect the scandalous state of the industry as a whole is costing British business millions, if not billions a year - and all because of the laziness and incompetence of those we entrust with the carriage of goods. Interparcel is just a cog in that mechanism, and I'd frankly pity them if their support was better when things do go wrong.”

“6 days ago I placed an order with Interparcel. I'm in the UK and needed to bring over some of my belongings which were still in Atlanta, Georgia USA. The process was SIMPLE, easy to use, easy to understand, no ridiculous amounts of barely understandable forms using language, jargon and terms I couldn't understand like USPS/FedEx employ etc etc.. Just plain english, a simple 3 step process, no messing about and my order was complete!! UPS collected my belongings a whole day early...and within 5 days they were delivered to my door via the TNT World Economy service I opted for. It was a lightning fast process. I'm thrilled I've found Interparcel. I will never use another company again. I've been trying for months to find a way of organising shipments of items in the US from outside of the US...just when I'd given up all hope, along came Interparcel. Really, they're that good. TNT and UPS also deserve credit. They've never let me down either. Can not thank them enough for a quick and easy to arrange service. And the prices were extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly endorse Interparcel and will be using them again and again and again.”

“So easy to book a collection. Fellow arrived nice and early to pick up parcel, was polite and professional. I had a text sent to me, showing the time the parcel had been delivered, well within the allotted time span, plus the name of the person who signed for it. I had no trouble downloading the labels. And, the charge for all this was so very reasonable...I will never use the post office again. It is so rare to be pleasantly surprised these days, so honour where it's due...well done Interparcel !”

“All you do is add your parcel details - weight, length, width and depth, your own postcode and delivery postcode. Click search and you will get a list of all carriers and prices in differing bands. Then just pick the one you want and click to buy, pay either with Paypal or credit card. Then all you have to do is print off your label. Job done. Brilliant, especially if you are posting more than one parcel as the cheapest carrier for one size and weight may not necessarily be the cheapest if you want one signed for or contents cost covered.”
