“Having waited in all afternoon for the courier to collect, I called Interparcel just before 5pm to see what was going on. Was initially told, by a disinterested sounding girl/woman, that TNT pick up until 6pm. I asked her to check anyway. Was put on hold for a couple of minutes before being told that sorry, there was a "problem with the system," my parcel hadn't been booked, and would I like to book it for the following day? Since I'd already paid, I said yes, and this time it was collected as it should be. However, I don't appreciate being made to look bad to the recipient of the parcel, and I certainly don't appreciate paying ?15 for a next day service when I could have paid around half of that for the 2 day service that I actually received. No problem with TNT, but won't be using Interparcel again.”

“I have used Interparcel for years but they are not as competative as they use to be other couiers are appearing on the net and to be honest tried them and up to yet have not ben disapointed the only draw back is the will not parcels over a certain size.”

“interparcel.com is an easy & usually efficient booking system & for the most part it runs smoothly. BUT when it goes wrong , you are completely on your own! You cannot deal directly with the courier as you are not their customer & interparcels customer service is a lottery of personalities! Needed to get a parcel to ITV next day but UPS descided they couldnt find London Television Centre with their address! So didnt! Nor did they the following day , infact not until lunchtime 2 days later. No explanation. Little but scripted responses from interparcel to my pleas for UPS to ring the customer or me. Just ignored until I can read it myself on tracking. Then they email telling me its been delivered! YES I KNOW....TOO LATE... thanks!”

“Many parcels sent from small to heavy over 3 or 4 years. None lost, no damaged, all on time-no hassle! UK or Europe, no difference does what it says on the tin! I made a mistake today, made quick contact with Customer Service error corrected with a smiley face(It was in the voice!) Highly recommended!”

“I booked a collection from one of our suppliers for delivery to us. The contents were a customer order. It was supposed to be next day delivery but the courier, although he attended the premises failed to collect our parcel. We were alerted by our supplier so I contacted Interparcel by phone and had the misfortune to speak to 2 of their customer service employees. Clearly these employees are unaware of the meaning of the term customer service. I had booked the collection to ensure that our parcel arrived by a specific date, due to the failure of the courier that did not happen which resulted in us having to discount the item to keep our customer happy so Interparcel have cost us money. The customer service desk did not seem to think this was an issue that they should be interested in. whilst they rebooked the collection (which was further delayed by the bank holiday) they had no interest what so ever in trying to make amends and hid behind "terms and conditions" stating next day delivery was the next day after collection, completely missing the fact that the collection had not taken place on the day it should! I emailed a complaint which was ignored, I tried facebook and was acknowledged and sent a second email which was answered. However the person answering the email either failed to read it so totally missed the point or was being deliberately obtuse. Who knows? They focussed on the fact that my delivery was further delayed by the bank holiday. That was not my complaint! When I book next day delivery I expect next day delivery, not next week delivery which is what I got! We have had an apology however, we are only a small business we cannot afford for other peoples failures to cost us money. We asked for a manager to contact us... guess what, hasnt happened. I will never use Interparcel again as clearly they are unreliable and unwilling to make amends when things do go wrong.”

“I use the UPS service through Interparcel as I can print the labels and UPS pick up the packages. I've used this service for a few years now for UK and European deliveries and there has never been a problem.”

“So refreshing to get a service that cuts through all the normal unhelpful options offered by the competition. So simple!!! Absolute dream not to have to wait in all day for collection with all the dramas that that usually involves and have no doubt that delivery of parcel will be efficiently handled. Delivery confirmation text fab option too.”

“I thought the service was very good and was at a good price. I was slightly nervous to use the service because I had never used them before, but everything was straightforward to organise online. I received confirmation immediately with simple instructions of what I needed to print and display on the parcel. The parcel was collected from my home address when they said, and delivered as they said the following day. I could even track the parcel and see where it was at any time. I would definitely use this service again.”

“The service provided by Interparcel was spot on. The package was collected at the time stated and delivered very quickly. The only negative was I was invited to and paid for an SMS notification on delivery of the package but this was not received. I will certainly use this company for future deliveries.”
