“Posted 12kg parcel in Doncaster at 2pm arrived Ferndown Dorset by 11am the following day all for ?8 !!!”

“Picked as the cheapest of a number of couriers. Requested for parcel to be picked up after 11am the following day, at work address, to give me time to get parcel ready, but got phone call at 9am from work to say someone was there to pick up parcel! Paid for 2/3 day service, but it got there the following day, so top marks. Am about to use again.”

“providing you use the interparcel UPS service i have found the service good. The website can be a little irritating though, particularly when inputing address details, with the panes only accepting 30 characters each ( with my collection address having a long address), and then constantly saying " postcode not found", which seems fixable only by using the find address and selecting another address, then re-editing to correct......”

“I sold an item on ebay and when i looked at the price parcel force wanted it was more than the cost of the item, So I Googled parcel deliveries and found Interparcel. I put in the details paid and printed out the address sticker, a 2 minute walk to my local Premire shop Job done at a fraction of the price Parcel Farce wanted. I would highly recommend and will be using their services again.”

“I love the fact i can send parcels cheaply, as sometimes cost is more relivent than delivery time, The site is very easy to use and the process of getting a quote and choosing your option is quick and very simple.”

“I was disappointed that the parcel wasn't collected the day after requesting but I was even more unimpressed to find that when I signed on to track delivery two days later, it was still registering as being at the depot although I later found out that it had been delivered.”

“We entrusted an unreplaceable model of the Titanic, half finished by a grandfather, to be delivered to his grandchildren in Italy. They said unpacking our built-to-fit crate was "like Christmas". Well done Interparcel!”

“i have been using for 3 years for personal use, i found their quote, booking process to be very simple and finally good prices. I have had a problem in 2012 new year date - the parcel was delayed and there was no one at interpacel to answer my call, it was working week! Eventually in 1st week of jan 2013 i talked to them and they refunded delivery costs with no arguing due to delivery been late.”
