“I have been using Interparcel for a while now and on the whole, collection and subsequent deliveryhas been spot on. However , just this week. City link did not show for collection, despite having my phone number to advise of delays. Very frustrating just sitting waiting. But, on a positive note, the chat helpline is very good and did arrange collection the next day.”

“Parcel sent to address in Bristol order no 9526871. Was returned with the ony explanation-- failed to deliver-- why not say the reason why it was not delivered.Then I could do somthing before sending it again. Was the reason nobody to sign for it, or house does not exist. etc,etc. Reasons most important surly you can see this. I am really fed up about this returned parcel. IF Eldridge tel; 0179723 0725”

“I was able to take my parcel to a shop near work and drop it off. The company received it in good time without any hitches or problems. It was also the cheapest option for me. Would use them again.”

“If you are needing a totally reliable cost -effective Logistics company then stop looking. right now. I have already found them. Interparcel are my ONLY choice. They have a service to cater for almost every businesses delivery or collection needs. With a range of services and prices to suit your needs there is no need to look anywhere else. Interparcel use a range of well known couriers with a proven track record to distribute and collect your goods from anywhere to anywhere. So as far as I am concerned Interparcel take the concern of transporting my goods off my shoulders and give me peace of mind knowing my goods will be safely delivered on time at very competitive rates. You can't ask for any more than that can you ?”

“I started my business 5 years ago and tried to make it pay using most of the parcel services around even Royal Mail and to be honest they all suck at something or other. Then I found Interparcel it was like a breath of fresh air without the greed and all the trimmings. Boy what a service they give and whats more what a choice they give and as yet over 2 years I haven't been let down once. That's more than I can say about the competition out there, they suck compared to Interparcil.”

“This is the 1st time I've used interparcel and it was to collect a parcel in Spain and deliver to me in England. I had quotes from the main couriers of far more than interparcel and did wonder if it would turn up. They used TNT and it was collected and delivered as stated. Will definitely use again.”

“Used Interparcel again today for a large parcel delivery to Wales from Gloucester. Been using them since 2006, after many frustrated attempts to find a good quality easy to use service with various other companies. What I really like is the generous weight allowance, the expanding choice of companies they now offer, tracking, and of course, collection from my home. Pack, weigh and measure, pick your carrier and place the order and pay. Print the labels and stick them on, (most need a printer as they use barcodes for tracking etc.) I've used DPD, Yodel/DHL, Hermes, Collect+, UPS and Citylink with no problems with delivery from any of them. I've even set up a collection with UPS and had the driver at the door for collection within 20 minutes, I hadn't even finished sticking the labels on! I've only ever had one item damaged, and that was my own fault for not ensuring it was sufficiently protected. I have sent various items Worldwide, also with no real problems. Only on one occasion, when a buyer did not specify his exact location in Spain, my parcel was held at the UK outbound port as I had not paid enough for delivery. Due to a misunderstanding the buyer did not state his address as being on one of the islands, therefore the cost was considerably more than to the mainland. On this occasion, DPD returned the item to me without charge, and I refunded the buyer, as the shipping cost outweighed the item. Excellent easy to use service and website. Change nothing!”
