I have used Interparcel intermittently over an extended period of time. I have always been impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service selected (UPS). The ordering process is really easy, the labels are easy to print and when I have needed assistance, I have been able to phone and get a quick, helpful answer. Last but by no means least, my parcels have always been collected as arranged and delivered quickly and safely.

From beginning to end the service was spot on. I was able to choose a small window of time for collection, without having to stay in all day. Collection was within that window of time chosen, the tracking system was excellent, and the speed of delivery was second to none. The SMS text message service confirming delivery is also a good idea. Would definitely use again and highly recommended.

Booking the courier was fine and cheaper than major competitor. I didn't have to use customer service so I can't comment on support if things go wrong.

It is nice to find at last a company who arrange a courier for a particular day and they turn up on that day and deliver in stated time slot. Have used many times and not let me down once! Give them a try.

The goods were picked up Monday around 4pm in Cumbria, and delivered at 2.30pm to London with no problems, paper work was emailed and easy to understand and use. First class service and reasonable too

Interparcel is really the service to use for sending any parcels large or small, and is very cost effective if you have something heavy to send. The process is very simple and straightforward to use and gives a choice of different carriers and speeds of delivery. It also offers the option of collection from home or selection of a local pickup point where you can take the parcel, saving the need to wait in for a carrier to pick up. I have used it a number of times and it has never failed. Tracking numbers are supplied which enable progress of delivery to be followed throughout, a useful and re-assuring feature for receipients of goods.

I booked a drop off at Parcelforce and went straight down there. The order did take a little while to show on their system so I was left hanging around for a while. No problems otherwise though.

This is the first time I had ever sent a parcel "on line", as it were. It was easy to select and tailor the service I needed (Sign for receipt, send me a text when delivered etc.) Collection was the next day, the chap collecting was polite, gave me a receipt and was on his way in less than a minute. Delivery happened within the stated time frame, it was easy and efficient. I will use this service again. Well done!

Used interparcel for a few years now and its always easy to book in a courier for next day delivery etc? prices are good and only a few days ago the first time a courier miss placed my parcel and did not make it for next day delivery that I paid for, I contacted interparcel and they contacted me back right away and kept me informed of the progress of my parcel until it was delivered next day and best of all, they refunded me in full, great costumer service.

Item picked during the times specified. Driver scanned and left. No fuss. I was able to track to item right up until it was delivered to person. Once again great service would definitely use again. Thank you

Parcelk was collected dead on time, i got a text next day to let me know it had been delivered and who had signed for it .. so simple, so easy, so cheap.

The website is easily accessible and just a few inputs get you thru the painless process of booking your parcel collection. The downside is the collection window is too wide, it should be narrowed down to 3/4 hourly windows. Difficult to be stuck in the house because you have been given an 8 hr window!

No card was left behind after three delivery attempts and then the item was immediately returned to the sender. How was I supposed to know that they had tried to deliver the item if no card is left whilst im out! The tracking website contained inaccurate information saying that the item had been delivered when it hadn't. I contacted the customer service helpline who were very unhelpful. They said they would email me a break-down on what had happened to the parcel, but never did. They were rude, very dismissive and did not try to help resolve the problem at all. Do not use this service unless you never want to see your items again. I am very unhappy.

You need to make a complain to resolve your issue after ignored with the customer service. I hardly got my refund and I believe leaving negative feedback works well to get their attantion

Sent a B&O music center by Interparcel. Used enormous amounts of Bubblewrap and cardboard but the perspex lid had been smashed as if dropped from two to three feet on to its edge. When you read the fine print Interparcel want photos of the packaging so take photos as you pack it and keep them until the goods arrive safely, which I didn't. The recipient of your parcel will probably bin the packaging without photographing it, as mine did. Interparcel decided to trust me and refunded the cost of a new lid from eBay, but my professional position and role as past Treasurer and Secretary to a national charity helped. I wouldn't expect them to believe everyone.
