I want to move to Canada and I wondered what I should do with my luggage. There are not so many that I get a container and the choices were travelling with Chinese airline and paying $125 per 20 Kg suitcase or air cargo service or post it(600$/suitcase). By google it, I found interparcel and it gave me quota $203/30 kg suitcase with UPS which is even less than surface mail. I paid with doubt but UPS guy came picked my suitcases and .... Just measure the dimension and weight of parcel precisely as they are strict. That you for your price and service.

I booked Interparcel.com to deliver a large footstool I'd just bought on line from a shop in Doncaster to my home on Teesside. The shop's regular courier service had quoted a price I felt was way too high and could be improved on. So, I began doing some research.... Beware those very low-cost couriers - just read what unhappy customers have to say about them! Interparcel had good reviews and quoted a competitive rate. My footstool was collected at about 3.50pm on a Wednesday afternoon and delivered to my door just before midday the following day. Now, you can't really argue with that, can you? Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. More power to their elbow! Many thanks.

Standard Service InterParcel.com ?8.49 + vat, collected by UPS on 5/2/13, 48 hour delivery.Tracking Number 937545311707 Given the superb tracking, the prompt collection, the on-time delivery and the fantastic manners of the delivery man you would expect me to give you a glowing five-star appraisal. All things being equal, that is what I would have done had the parcel not been hammered to a pulp. I must have been really unlucky on two counts. The first was the stupidity of the guy who packed it up into such an awkward shape and secondly the handlers who should have realised that there was a weak point and that it needed careful handling. The article was a rare Royal Geographical Society Globe on a three-legged stand, in pristine condition. It should have been completely taken apart, bubble wrapped and boxed up. Unfortunately just two of the three legs were detatched, inverted and attached to the main stem which was left attached to the 13" diameter globe and its' housing. So, the parcel was a huge globe plus mahogany housing, and a long thin stem with two legs sttached to it. Needless to say, the point at which the thin bit was attached to the bulbous bit was snapped clean off. A half inch thick steel bar was sheared. That must have taken some doing. The rough end of the sheared-off bar then penetrated the extensive wrapping and one of the fancy brass feet poked through and got broken off and lost. The two inch thick mahogany housing was also snapped in half and, in summary, the whole thing was only good for dumping. I am a retired carpenter and can repair most things but I gave up trying. Incredibly the delicate globe itself was unmarked. The guy who wrapped it, bubble wrapped it and then wrapped miles and miles of parcel tabe round it. The delivery man apologised for the state of the damaged parcel and came in to help me unwrap it. It took an eternity but the damage was obvious so we marked the parcel damaged alongside my signature. I am now torn between the devil and the deep blue sea as I do hate all the fuss and hassel of insurance claims especially for something that was only insured for the standard ?50. Probably best to write it off as a bad experience. I would use the service again but I would make sure that I wrapped it myself. Best regards, Barry Jones

Interparcel offered the cheapest quote for my package from Yorkshire to Northern Ireland. Parcel picked up as arranged and arrived in good condition and in scheduled time. Tracking went well until the weekend then it all stopped and no updates where available, so over the weekend I was left unsure where my parcel had got to. But overall a competent and cheap service that I would use again.

I needed to send a semi-fragile item to a UK address in a bit of a hurry. After checking out the exorbitant costs of the usual carriers, I came across a Google ad for Interparcel. The cost was greatly reduced by comparison to the other carriers, so I felt somewhat uneasy about using the service, thinking "you only get what you pay for", but I couldn't have been more wrong. I left th house in the morning telling my teenage sons that a parcel collection lorry might arrive to collect the now parceled bulky item by the door - and due to past experiences, wondering if anyone would actually show up. I was so pleased when I got home and found that the parcel had been collected, and even more overjoyed to learn that it had reached it's destination the following day as promised. Thank you Interparcel for outstanding and very competitively priced service.

I was new to this courier business and felt a good deal of trepidation but using them couldn't be simpler, AND they take Paypal which which makes them perfect for private eBay sellers like me. They are the cheapest I could find and have been totally reliable so far (including several deliveries over the recent holiday period when Royal Mail and many other more expensive delivery services were letting people down), and are thus highly recommended!

Interparcel arranged for 11 boxes to be delivered through UPS to two addresses one in Guildford and the other in Paris. The booking process was simple and easy, no complicated forms to fill in, and then the boxes were collected as arranged at 4pm by a very helpful driver as they were heavy and i have a heart condition. They were delivered as promised, those for Guildford at 10.30 the next day and those for Paris two working days later. I was most impressed, no damage to the boxes, one of them contained a mirror which I sent at my own risk but arrived in perfect condition! I had never used a parcel delivery firm before and I had rung several of the major firms and they all could not manage this for me being a domestic to domestic delivery. On top of which you appeared to have to open an account with them. None of this with Interparcel, a simple seamless process including provision of labels etc which was totally hassle free. Good value for money and very pleasant and helpful staff at their call centre. Also very impressed with their tracking system! Have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else and will certainly use again if have need. I was very impressed indeed.

Can't fault this, they give you a selection of delivery providers and their quotes instantly, the price for having a pushchair collected from my house and delivered to the buyer within 48 hours was half the price of Royal mail - and I didn't have to lug the heavy box around myself AND it was insured for damage or loss! Would definately use this site again.

I use UPS whenever i need a parcel be it expensive or heavy to be delivered on time. always get the parcel collected promptly, and if the driver is late, i get a call to say when he will arrive, they have never let me down. I use interparcel as a 3rd party, and customer service with both companies are 5*

I was looking to use Parcel Force, but it was so expensive I surfed the net for an alternative carrier and found Interparcel. When I saw how cheaper it was I was a bit sceptical, but decided to use them. Good move. Esay to place order. Arrived on time for pick-up and delivered when they said it would be. I would certainly recommend Interparcel.

I had to return 2 motorcycle helmets to from the UK to the US and the company has specifically requested either to use Fedex or UPS. Quotes directly from either courier was about ?130-?160. Interparcel was ?70 including insuring it up to the value of ?500. I booked the Fedex economy on the 1st May for next day collection (London address) without reading any reviews about interparcel and after reading the mixed reviews I did consider cancelling. I felt a bit more relieved when a Fedex uniformed man collected my parcel and it started tracking straight away. Obviously, I was dubious until the parcel actually got to the destination as I have read other stories where parcel has been lost en route or left in the warehouse. The parcel arrived safely on 6 May in one piece. I would use interparcel again and I like also to point out they don't do the couriering, so if your goods get damaged or lost its the courier service you have chosen, although interparcel should have the duty to deal with any customer disatisfaction on your behalf.

I posted two items with yourselves, one was a pickup from home and the other was a drop off at a determined site, for pick up, at different rates. I love the fact that I can use these different options of sending, which makes posting items a breeze! Both parcels were picked up and delivered without any hassle and was able to track both and still can! I have saved myself approx ?16.00 over Royal Mail! Excellent service! I have already recommended you to another friend!

I would definitely recommend you use Interparcel. Their site is easy to use and there is a great range of options to choose from that don't break the bank. You can even pay with PayPal which means if you're selling something on eBay, for example, you can use the postage money paid by your buyer. It's so easy to do and really reliable. I've never had a problem with using Interparcel and if I need a courier for any reason, they're the first people I go to.

I stumbled across Interparcel one day while I was pullling my hair out trying to deal with a lost package and Parcel Force(Royal Mail). I thought I would give them a try nothing to lose (no pun intended). That was 12 months ago now I use them exclusuively, perfect for the small business or home-based Ebayer. You choose from all the UK or overseas carriers including Hermes, DPD, TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Citylink, Parcelforce , you place he order and a courier collects it normally next working day. I have had an excellent experience with them, even on one occasion when there was a computer failure and they sorted it that day, without even a phone call
