“sold item on ebay bough delivery with interpacel two days late picking it up only going 200 miles down the road 15 days later got email saying item is lost no money back no help nothing STAY AWAY i Wouldn't wish this company on my enemies! 1 star is 5 stars too many”

“Needed a parcel from the midlands to cornwall by next day. Went online and found Interparcel where the only company that would pick the parcel up that day, so I paid for the service, down loaded the labels packed the parcel in a short time the driver arrived collected it. within an hour I could track it online right the to its destination in cornwall which was before 12.45 this morning. All the staff where very polite and professional. Would I use again, definately. Will I recommened them without a doubt. Many Thanks Paul”

“This site directs you to so many possible postal services it is amazing, it is however very easy to use and once your order is placed the goods are collected and delivered at a very rapid pace. I wholeheartedly recommend this site if you are sending packages anywhere.”

“Interparcel offers a comprehensive service at a great price. It allows you to send parcels anywhere in the world and offers a range of differently priced options with different couriers. That way you can either pay more to send parcels quickly, or select a cheaper option which takes longer to arrive. My company holds business accounts with two delivery companies which we use on a daily basis, and we use interparcel only occassionaly to send particularly large parcels outside the UK. With such a great service, it would be marvellous if companies could have an account with interparcel which enabled them to have a set range of prices and an interface which made it easier to send lots of parcels each day.”

“A great service you have provided me over the past week or so. Everything was so easy and your prompt attention to a couple of queries I had really re-assured me. Having an online Advisor (although I didn't need to speak to one) is available. I used a couple of Parcel Carriers and when things got lost, there was no point of contact, I was on my own. Not so with Interparcel. Email response was quick (must point out I never had a parcel lost in transit but I did need to contact regarding minor errors on my part). Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone who requires quick, efficient online Parcel Carriage arrangement. Thank you Interparcel.”

“I'm no expert on parcel shipping ??I just need a way to send the occasional bulky eBay item or birthday present within the UK, or occasionally abroad, at prices that won't break the bank. I've used Interparcel maybe eight times now, always on "Economy" services, and they've done well every time. The ordering process is reasonably slick, the drivers turn up when they're supposed to, and the prices are good. I recommend them.”

“Interparcel enables you to select the parcel carrier at the best price available. I use it all the time to send books all over the world and have never had cause to complain. “I used to ship all of my online auction items using the shipping feature built into the payment method of the auction site (Royal Mail or ParcelForce being only options) because it was convenient and the prices were the same as they would be if I took it to the Post Office. In March, one of my eBay buyers suggested I should try Interparcel. I was dubious at first because they offer ParcelForce prices that are lower than the Post Office site or the auction site. They also offer other services from other couriers (such as Hermes, Collect+ and UPS). That said, I decided to give them a go. Out of the various options, the Interparcel Standard service offers the best value for money in most cases and they will collect from where I work (Bonus = no more trips to the Post Office). This service is just under ?10 for up to 15kg which beats Royal Mail hands down. On top of this, the service is provided by UPS and most parcels are delivered the next day! Even before the recent Royal Mail price hike, Interparcel was MUCH cheaper than Royal Mail/ParcelForce for heavy or bulky packages. Since the hike, it's a no-brainer. I have used InterParcel about 5 times now and it has made life a lot easier and cheaper. Every parcel has so far arrived the day after it was collected - each one for under ?10. For me, choosing how to ship something is now as simple as: Letters & Small Parcels = Royal Mail Medium Parcels over ~2kg = Interparcel”

“Why bother going to the post office with long queues and inflated charges for parcels? You can even post via parcelforce using interparcel for a FRACTION of the post office price. I have used interparcel twice now and have nothing but praise. Printing the labels is quick easy and then just wait for the courier to come to you! If you are able to be around to wait for a courier, either at work or home, this is the service you should be using!”

“I have used Interparcel many times and always found their service to be quick, efficient , and reasonably priced. Parcels are picked up when they say they will be and all my parcels have arrived at their destination the next working day, this is no mean feat as I live on the Isle of Wight (Yeah! no penalising surcharge from Interparcel for living here). If you have parcels you want delivering try Interparcel, you will be amazed at the price, It was, much cheaper than "You Know Who" by more than ?15.00. I will never use any other delivery service as long as Interparcel are there ... get on the net and google them thats how I first found them ... First Class Service”

“I always use the "Interparcel service" which is actually UPS, but because it's booked through Interparcel it's much cheaper tham me booking directly via UPS. It's a win, win, as UPS offer an excellent courier service and Interparcel offer an excellent price.”
