First time I've used this service, really easy to make booking and payment. All relevant labels provided, simply printed off and attached to parcel as requested. I arranged for a 'same day' collection (this was made at around 10:50) and my item was collected by a very polite and cheerful van driver within the timescales stated. Tracking the parcel's whereabouts on it's journey was easy and quick with clear locations and times 'in and out' of the relevant depots stated. The parcel arrived at its destination in good time and excellent condition. Thanks to all concerned, I'll definitely use your service again when the need arises

I have now used Interparcel many times and using their standard delivery (which is UPS) I've been satisfied each and every time!

As a competitive price comparison / broker the service works well and to be homest most of the time parcels are collected and recieved within acceptable time limits. However, when a courier lets you down or fails to deliver as agreed I find no comfort in the service that the Interparcel Telephone Staff provide. It is very obvioulsy - 'not our fault' type of attitude which frustrates the hell out of me. They are happy totake the money but don not fulfil the contract when things go wrong.

I have at several occasions utilised Interparcel over a lenghty period, and I doubt any other services can provide me with the same satisfactory feeling as Interparcel do. Very easy and convenient to get quotas over the internet. A few minutes at the most and then in a few days, since I live overseas, the parcel arrives. And to a cost that to my personal experience one can't find anywhere else. I have very often recommended Interparcel to friends and other acquaintances. For me there is no other than Interparcel when getting my parcel fast and safe to my adress.

I have used Interparcel for a couple of years now, their prices are better than using an account with any of the mainline couriers like UPS or FedEx, and yet you still can use UPS or FedEx. The booking system is easy, and collections are reliable. I really like the third party collection ability at the same price. When there have been problems with non-delivery or collection (very rare) Interparcel have been very helpful in tracking the problems. I would recommend them.

This service allows you to choose from a number of options with different providers. You choose the best price/speed from the providers on the option list - from a range of services according to speed required or economy. The options range from Interparcel branded or other major service providers. You still need to make a decision about the quality of service required, but all options are clearly stated. In all the deliveries where I have booked through Interparcel I have had one issue of non collection (from a budget courier) and Interparcel quickly arranged another. The contract is with Interparcel at the point of payment - no issues at all with this - totally secure.

Used interparcel a few times and always get good service and very fast delivery. One time I needed to change a delivery address after dispatch, emailed them at 7pm asking if it would be possible to change the delivery address and by 10am the next morning it had arrived at the amended destination. Outstanding service.

Been using Interparcel now for Years and they never let you down. Simple website easy to use and cheap cheap cheap Ditch Parcelforce and use Interparcel Retail Security World

Regular user of Interparcel for domestic and international deliveries. Very helpful customer services when (rarely) needed. No moans but we could use a lower threshold to open an account (to cut down on paperwork) so we have one invoice per month instead of 50. We would also like a means of interrogating prices from our web site so we can offer on-line shipping costs to our overseas customers.

I've been using Interparcel several years for virtually all deliveries, which are approaching the 800 mark. Those via the standard service have been excellent, not a single pronblem in 750+ deliveries. Only used TNT once for a 9.00 am and they delivered late, but we got a full refund. Yodel are simply appalling - avoid at all costs. 4 days to collect! Hermes are OK, slow but cheap. Neither yodel or hermes stick to collection dates and chances are they are responsible for most of the bad reviews on here. Only complaints are that they have no decent service to northern Scotland i.e.anything north of Edinburgh / Glasgow so I have to use a competitor company. NI is a bit expensive on standard, i.e ?2 more than a competitor for the identical UPS service. If you are running a business then make sure you have goods in transit insurance as the insurance cover from most courier firms excludes too many items. And pack things properly if you want them to arrive in pristine condition. They are going to get biffed about so lots of padding and a sturdy box, or better still use the manufacturers original packaging. Customer service are usually helpful and courteous, then it's how you approach people that determines their response. Haven't tried shouting at them yet but expect it wouldn't work so well. Five stars for the Standard service, get rid of Yodel and it would be 5 stars overall.

This last delivery that I booked through Interparcel was with City Link Next Day service. The 4 packages were all collected as per my request with no problem. The delivery however was not the next day as it actually took 3 days. I contacted Interparcel by email on the evening of the first day when the packages failed to arrive. I received a polite but not particularly helpfull reply the next morning. When the packages failed to arrive that day I again contacted customer services, this time by phone and again received a polite response but with no real explanation as to what the problem was. The following day the 4 packages finally arrived. I once again e-mailed customer services advising then that the delivery had finally come through and could they please advise me of the exact cause of the delay and also send any compensation that was due to me. The response I received was a full refund of my initial courier cost.

i have found the Interparcel service exceptional, if i was giving out Blue Peter badges then they would be at the top of my list. Occasionally i have had cause to make a personal call to their customer services, every time I am greeted with a polite and knowledgable person, who acts swiftly to confirm or resolve any queries I may have. All in all a 5 star service.

Have been using interparcel for 2 years and had no problems, they have always collected parcels within required time and delivered on time, we have had no damaged parcels which is more than I can say for Parcelforce!!! (which I would NEVER use again). The one time I made a mistake when ordering on line, I double booked a package, one quick phone call to customer services had the double booking cancelled and my money refunded.

I've used Interparcel onmany occasions, sending inside the UK and to other European countries. Can't compliment them enough - always collected on time and always delivered when they said they would. What's more, always a fair price. Brilliant!

Interparcel have been my preferred company for sending parcels for quite some time. I tend to use UPS and i have to say i cannot fault them at all. The live chat is very good and most issues are sorted out quickly.

I have used Interparcel on several occasions over the past few years, they always save me time and money, their standard service in my opinion is the best, managed by UPS and I have had no issues. I steer clear of Yodel as I've never had a smooth transaction with them when being delivered too! and City link can be good or bad, but UPS are a fab provider especially when used through Interparcel. I have had only one issue in a couple of dozen (regarding duplicate payments), which was resolved quickly and amicably. Thank you!

interparcel is ideal for us as we send a number of small shipments both within the EEC and Outside . We need to get a price quickly so we can quote our customer by return and intreparcel enables us to do this . It is swift simple and easy to use . Suits our every need
