“I'VE USED INTERPARCEL OVER 30 TIMES NOW AND ONLY ONCE HAVE THEY LOST SOMETHING. GOOD JOB I TOOK OUT THE INSURANCE THEY ALWAYS COLLECT ON THE DAY REQUESTED AND ALWAYS DELIVER THE FOLLOWING DAY.”

“I would use your service again as it was a very large parcel {wheelchair} was picked up on time and delivered to a friend's address 250 miles away and arrived at the al;lted time. Would definitely use thois service again”

“I send car parts of all shapes and sizes all over the World for my business. I always check Interparcel first and it's great that the premium carriers UPS or Fedex are often the best value. If Interparcel could take exceptionally large parcels it would get even more of my business. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.”

“Good service in general. Parcel was picked up on time and driver was courteous and very helpful. A little miscommunication between driver and office with office calling me to say my pickup would be later, but this didn't cause any problem to me when he came. Tracking information was excellent and I was able to know where the parcels were at all times. Delivery was good. Slight damage on one box but that was more down to my packing than the service. Many thanks”

“I've used Interparcel for many years without any major issues. I think the worst that's happened is a parcel not being collected one day, after a quick call, it was rearranged for the following day. Otherwise, a very prompt and efficient service. I would pay close attention to their terms though. There are many items listed which are not eligible for compensation in case of loss or damage, including computers. In fact, the list is so big, it makes me wonder what actually is covered for compensation. Thankfully I've never had to make a claim, and more valuable items (such as laptops) I tend to send with other companies who DO provide insurance for computers. Otherwise, for sending general parcels out, it's a lot cheaper than what the Post Office charge (especially the eye-watering prices of Parcelforce). Customer services are usually helpful, though I find their usual Mon-Fri 9-5 opening hours a little annoying especially if they say I have to wait until 6pm for a collection, which may not arrive, so I have to wait until the next day to call them for a new collection the day after (so I end up waiting 2 days). This has only happened once though. I have found from experience their online chat can be open after 5pm sometimes so worth checking if their phone lines are closed. I can recommend Interparcel, but as mentioned, make sure you check the terms carefully.”

“I have had a career dealing with couriers and shippers for fourteen years now, as well as in my life outside of work, and am well aware of the errors, mistakes and other general failings that can occur in getting one thing sent from one location to another. In my professional life I have been using Interparcel for a good period of time and have been very pleased with the efficiency of the service so far. I need something picked up and delivered, and it gets done. Reliable is very much the word. Where things have gone wrong they have been in a very small minority, especially when compared with other services that I have used in the past, and have usually been down to the individual driver making an error. And this is where Interparcel truly shine. The customer service is uniformly excellent. Wherever a change to an order needs to be made or whenever a fault or mistake needs to chased up, the customer service team have done nothing but impressed. Emails are answered quickly, and phone queues are short and answered knowledgeably and confidently. A recent potential headache was in fact almost turned around by the impeccable actions and service of a Becky Blythe who was nothing short of exemplary. Interparcel, if you are reading this, please pass this on: Becky works in a service industry where all too often anyone and everyone who can complain will do, but where praise is due very few will make the effort to say anything. I, and my colleagues here, have been very impressed by Becky today, especially considering it's a Friday, and I would like you to know just how valuable an asset we consider her to be to you and your company. 5 star service.”

“We started using Interparcel because the prices are good value. I find the website quick and easy to use, and I like the tracking system, which is very quick. We use the UPS service, and occasionally Fedex, and so far all our parcels have been delivered with no problems. I have called customer service with queries on 2 occasions, and both times have been dealt with quickly and courteously.”

“Very convenient service to use worldwide with good choices for differing services. Have used Interparcel for many years as a back-up to our normal carrier. The insurance, however, is very pricey so prefer not to use it for high value items.”

“We're a business and have used Interparcel hundreds of times. They do a great job with their task (provide a good price and arrange for the courier specified to collect and put the parcel into their system). I have no sympathy for many of the one star reviews below which blame the THIRD PARTY COURIERS for loss or damage. Go on to their own review page but don't blame Interparcel!”

“Perfect everytime I use them and provide the best quotes 99% of the time. In the times they havent and someone else has, I tend to avoid the other companies as I have had lots of issues with them in the past, Interparcel is a simple tranaction everytime.”

“I've used Interparcel for about 12 collections now and can honestly say its a first class service, its so quick and easy to log on at any time of the day or night, enter the dimensions and collection/delivery details then you have a price. I've always found the pricing very competitive, if your happy you just continue to book the collection and pay for it. I had a query the other day on a booking and used the virtual assistant, it was just as you'd expect quick and easy and most importantly answered my question. Keep up the good work Interparcel, i'll continue to use you and tell anyone i know about your excellent all round service. thank you”

“I have been using this company for around 4 years now and have offered cost effective pricing with all major couriers. It is quick and easy to get a simple quote for my customers without having to spend time on the phone or waiting for return e-mails Any problems I've had have been dealt with quickly and their customer service is excellent I would happily recommend this company to all users - whether it be for an occasional parcel or for many items ever day”

“I am happy with the service from interparsel.com. I have used their service some times already. It's very easy to book on- line and very quick, easy and trustful way to send a parsel abroad. But I would like to stress the wish to improve the collecting of parsel and ask the courier to collect the item not the very last minute of booking time of collection ( what happened with me last two times and I had to loose all day sitting and waiting for courier, even the time was booked from 8.30am till 2pm, the courier arrived 1.45pm, or another time- time was booked from 9am till 5pm and the courier came just at 5.05pm). The best way could be to contact the customer and arrange the time of collection. And on my last lime of using this service, the parsel has been delivered without any phone call prior the delivery. And because nobody was at home at the time of delivery the deliverer had to come more than once. Therefore I hope for improvement of the service and I will definitely use the interparcel.com service again in future.”
