Ok, I was looking for a courier to send some stuff I had sold on eBay. I wanted someone cheap so I looked at the Post Office and couriers directly like UPS and TNT for example but they were all so expensive. I then did an internet search with yahoo and Interparcel came up. I did a quote and found that they were quoting prices for some of the couriers I had tried direct, but at a cheaper price than I could get direct!! Immediately alarm bells rang and I thought this was too good to be true but eventually I decided to give it a go. I booked the courier, her came, my parcel got delivered. I was very happy. I used interparcel again for another delivery about ten days ago and got an email from the receiver today that they hadnt received the parcel. I couldnt remember which email address I had used to book the delivery so I had no tracking reference to find out where the parcel was, all I coould find was my paypal transaction reference so I emailed their customer service people this and the collection/delivery address and asked if they would be able to provide a tracking reference. I will be honest, I expected a reply saying that they couldnt help or ever just providing the tracking reference (this was a long shot so I thought!) I got a reply back within an hour giving me the tracking reference, telling me when the parcel was due for delivery, what service I had book etc, so much information that I didnt have to do anything else to sort things out! The lady who emailed me was Josie and i want to, once again, send her my most sincere thanks for all her help I will definately use Interparcel again and recommend to everyone I know.

Ive used interparcel for many years now and find them great had parcels sent all over the world great service i will allways use them book online with them its so easy .. and very good prices . what more can i say ... everything ive sent with them has got there perfect just sent a parcel to the usa picked up monday got there thursday ... * Diane Bishop *

I found the interparcel experience first class. Placing the order could not have been more simple; the courier was efficient and polite; the parcel reached its destination on time and undamaged. The price was competitive, what more can one ask for! There was a minor error regarding the payment but this was dealt with, without any fuss.

As a private user of Interparcel I couldn't be happier with their service. Online booking is really simple, there are plenty of pick-up times to choose from, the service is excellent value for money and the pick-up man is punctual, fast and polite. I can find no faults with this company

I have used interparcel, made a mistake on label, had to pay for another as late at night..pick up was set from next morning 1.00pm pick up.. refunded me on wrong label brilliant ...all i can say is...wish i had known about them ages ago, great service, great prices... does what it says on tin!!. .PICKS UP...AND DELIVERS...what more can you ask for? tracking numbers signed for at 1/4 price of Royal Mail for same weight WILL use again..& HIGHLY RECOMMENED Mr G Martin

I almost went with another company after reading reviews on here, and am GLAD I didn't. I don;t know what all the fuss is about interparcel. I just moved an entire company, as well as personal house across country. We booked for this past Monday, with UPS. They picked up before the end of the day. Next day, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived from the train! All the while, I placed 2 calls to them to verify the shipment and get some help with some of the details - the people were considerate, prompt and on-the-ball. Last year, we moved to Paris and back, and again used interparcel. Outbound: packages arrived in 2 days. Return: packages arrived in 2 days. Nothing broken, customs cleared and handled. I've been using Interparcel for over 3 years with my business, and have only once had a failed collection, and when that happened - they cared and refunded me straight away, and rebooked with someone else. I'm a happy loyal customer. The only thing I can figure from the people having collection problems on here is that if UPS/YODEL/somebody doesn;t show up, it's hardly the agents' fault. Secondly, I'd rather chew nails than entrust my parcels to Yodel or DPD, or ParcelFarce (who makes cash by faking the dlievery attempts and charges you for redelivery). It pays to have a good agent. My suggestion: if you;re not wanting to sit home waiting for _whoever_ make a friend at a local shop with long hours, pay him/her a pound to have your parcel sit and wait for the delivery courier - and forget about it. (I've found this has been well received by several places, who all see a new way of making money by offering this as a service). PS. a key element: with IP you choose which courier - which is very important in my book. Others choose for you.

Having been able to arrange a same day pick up was brilliant until we had a problem with our printer and could not print out the parcel label. The driver who arrived to collect the parcel waited while we attempted to rectify the problem. Eventually our kind neighbour printed the label for us and the driver was able to complete his collection. An outstanding service without complaint from the driver, well done and thank you.

Excellent service, sent a large ( not heavy ) parcel to the South of France, it was crucial it arrived whilst I was on a campsite. After booking, I read some very negative reviews an had a few sleepless nights. I need not have had any concerns, was collected from Newport in South Wales on Thursday 30th September and arrived on the campite on Tuesday 5th October ! Brilliant service !! Please remember that Interparcel are not a courier company themselves, simply an agent, they never handle anything. You have a choice of carrier and prices on their website, I chose the cheapest which was TNT and would also compliment them.

Faultless apart from last month had a collection which didn't get collected, Phoned them still no collection, emailed them still no collection, Took a week from when parcel was booked for collection to actually collection. Lost a bit of trust in company. Collection drivers also seemed to have stoppped giving out cards when collecting.

I use Interparcel for all domestic & most international parcels and find the website very easy to use. All labels are emailed across to me and tracking information. I find the prices very competetive and the couriers reliable.

Sent a package on a guaranteed delivery, said package arrived late. This caused only minor problems, but late it was! Having raised this with customer services and dealing with James Giffen, I have been informed that this qualifies for a guaranteed service refund, which will show on my account shortly. To be honest I had simply expected this to be lost in the system, but to the credit of customer services, all communications have been polite and professional. I remain a happy Interparcel customer, as I have been for about six years.. Thank you James and Interparcel!!

The Post Office only offer a few services, and anything over 2kg gets very expensive, especially coupled with high value goods, so I looked for an alternative and tripped over Interparcel. I've been using them now for a few years, and the cost, service, booking and customer support is first class. I've found UPS to be the most efficient cost effective courier for my needs, and frankly anyone who needs a reliable carrier for your heavy, high value goods would do a lot worse than booking a service via Interparcel. It's possibly one the greatest intermediary service providers that hasn't been discovered by the great unwashed, but I have nothing but praise for them, and the booking process is very easy. I decided to become an account holder so that making bookings became a much simpler affair with only a few mouse clicks, and confirmation is almost instant. Everyone should be using them instead of that outdated method whereby you queue for ages and don't even get online tracking, plus you pay a fortune for the privilege, whereas using the Interparcel method, you don't have to leave your home as parcels are collected (at least with UPS or FedEx they are). Everyone should be using them, and leave the outdated, over-priced and God help you if you have to make a claim method well alone!

I've used Interparcel several times now and will use them again - the web site is easy to use and on the odd occasion I have had trouble with the couriers, the Interparcel phone number has always been manned by friendly, helpful staff. Slight minor is there are some annoying user interface things on the website which could be ironed out very easily. One is that you can check to see the cut off times and then when you try and book it sometimes says the cutoff has passed. The two bits of the web site need tieing up. Another is that when you book a collection, it asks for the collection time and then gives you an error if you select a start time that has gone - but that is the time the web site gives to you! Thie time should start from the time now to stop that silly. But these are a minor issue - the main service is great!

I have used Interparcel several times and find they provide a First Class Service. Always a pleasant and smiling representative in attendance. The one way that service can be improved is giving a 2-hour slot for collection. Collections are made mainly at 3.30 - 4.00 p.m. but I still have to wait indoors all day. That said, the last collection took place at 1030.

The service received was excellent couldn't fault it. If I did have any criticism it is with the number of parcels, it assumes you only have one parcel for the one destination or collection point where as we on times have multiple collections or deliveries to the same location.

This is a very efficient company with a great user interface and very easy on-line experience. That would be of no use unless it was also very cost effective and efficient - it's both. No hesitation in recommending...unless you REALLY enjoy queuing up at the Post Office just so you can pay more!
