“Better than most courier companies. I have only had 1 or 2 faults over 4 years, which is a lot fewer than the other company my wife prefers. So keep up the good work for another 4 years”

“i always use interparcel for bulky or heavy items, i opt for same speed service (up to 5 days delivery) as post office but delivery is often within 2 days. my only gripe would be that they don't offer collection time slot....i need to wait in all day for collection”

“I would strongly recommend using Interparcel to anyone. Fast, secure and reliable shipping using some of the biggest names you know you can trust. The prices are unbelievably competitive and the convenience of having your parcel collected from your door on your specified day and time makes queueing at the Post Office a thing of the past. I regularly send parcels across the UK and the rest of the world and have used other companies such as Parcel Monkey and Parcel2Go but these often led to disappointment and in some cases, lost parcels and refunds. Any problems I've had with Interparcel have been very few and minor and the excellent customer service team have rectified these quickly and politely. A great company, much needed in difficult financial times - keep it going!!”

“I would only ever use Interparcel for all my courier needs. If on the rare occasion things go wrong, the staff resolve any issues extremely efiiciently. A very happy customer.”

“They aren't very good at getting back to you when something goes wrong - they'll say that they're looking into it but in reality you just have to wait and check the online info to find out what's going on, nobody ever calls you back to update. That said, I guess some of the difficulties are due to the couriers themselves. Never had a problem using the Interparcel Standard and Express services (delivered by UPS) but Citylink and TNT have been problematic. Good for getting a good price - would be nice if they advised on limits for each price (i.e. this price stands up to a certain volumetric/weight limit.) We've worked out that it's sometimes better to strap two boxes together to send as one larger item, rather than sending 2 parcels.”

“The first time I used Interparcel I was surprised how easy it all was. I was able to get competitive prices compared to those people in the big red vans and didn't have to drive a couple of miles drop the parcel off as it was collected. I have subsequently used the service again and will be doing so again next week.”

“I've used Interparcel a few times in the past as they're very convenient & give you numerous choices of courier. The last time I booked a courier as Interparcel at 10:25am , UPS arrived at 11:30 & it was delivered by 10am next day. That was a 2-3 day delivery. Can't beat that really , so they'll continue to get my business , albeit very small volume.”
