“I have used Interparcel for approx 9 months for my business collections and deliveries. I have found the service to be excellent and reasonable prices. With one exception all deliveries have been made on time without any problems. Breakages mentioned by others are more likely to be poor packing. The one delivery that did not arrive on time was due to UPS not scanning the item into it's system correctly but it was sorted quickly when I contacted Interparcel.”

“I've never had a problem with this company, I use them for practically everything I send thats too big for the post office to take. The only issue I had was with Hermes NOT interparcel, it was just booked through them, the problem with Hermes they hire 'car owner couriers' who tend to take it a lot less seriously than those with a name badge and a company van. Anyway the issue was the hermes person took ages to deliver a parcel to my customer once, I'll never use Hermes again, but interparcel is great, I hope they drop hermes off they're list. Go for interparcel economy - cheap service and usually next day, and they pick up from your door, well worth it imo. PS there are always promo codes around the net, it's worth doing a search before you pay.”

“I booked for a home-cinema projector and separate lamp to be picked up in Staffordshire and delivered to me in London. Subsequently I came onto this site and saw all the scary negative reviews!! I was almost certain that I would get my parcels late and completely smashed! In reality the entire process ran very smoothly. So I booked about 11pm on Wednesday night, they picked up the following morning and by Friday 10am I had both parcels in pristine condition. I also called on Thursday to check about the cover on the items and although they were unable to cover the bulbs or any other glass, they were very helpful and said if there were any issues not relating to this element they would be able to assist and/or reimburse any loss or damage. Great service I would definitely use again..”

“I generally use UPS couriers via INTERPARCEL on line booking as my chosen carrier as they apear to handle goods carefully. Also I may pay economy delivery most times though the parcels usually arrive amazingly quickly to destinations. If I need to phone Interparcel the phone is answered fairly quickly with courtious fair people on the other end Most glitches are caused by recipients not keeping an eye on the tracking.”

“There are two main companies in this space, and whilst interparcel are by no means fantastic, they do at least try. The other lot are incompetent, and through their mediocrity, abyssmal response times, and non existent customer service, Interparcel look pretty good. main benefits for me are the ?50 included compensation, and the interparcel economy service, provided by UPS.Never had a late or damaged item.”

“I have used Interparcel on many occassions, I usually opt for the Interparcel service which is operated through UPS as the prices and delivery times to USA are great. The service is always prompt, friendly and polite. I have just moved to a different area of the country so I hope that the service continues to be just as good.”

“I have used Interparcel economy a few times now, every time they have been timely, efficient, and the parcel has been delivered on time. Would definitely use again. Only thing to watch if you are quoting P & P charges to anyone else is tot include insurance if the value is over ?50. It's not excessive but you do need to remember to add it. Excellent service overall.”

“I am quite surprised to see bad reviews of this company, I have used these a lot and have only good things to say about these. I have looked at other companies which offer this intermediate service between customer and a range of couriers and their prices seem to be cheap. I find it a great way to find the best delivery service to use, particularly if I have to send overseas. The website is easy and straight forward to use. Customer service is quite good, not amazing but they get there.”

“I have used Interparcel twice to send bulky and heavy (over 20Kg) parcels to South of France from UK. The parcels took time and effort to wrap to protect the contents but that is my choice. Parcels both arrived fine with no damage after being picked up and moved by DHL - Interparcel are the 'middle men'. The rates via Interparcel are EXCELLENT when compared with the carriers when going to them directly. Staff have been helpful via email and phone when I thought a parcel had 'disappeared' (it hadn't - it was me using the wrong tracking number) so I can't complain at all. Very happy with service.”

“From about 8 collections I had problems with 2. Once parcel was collected next day, second time due to wrong address it was sent back between me, recipient, depo and main depo about 10 times. I think it's still worth the money.”

“Interparcel are the 'middle-men' agents between couriers and customers. I dispatch all my sales through Interparcel - they are cheap and cheerful! All my collections have been picked up when stated (except when it was snowing - the customer service team were outstanding at re-arranging collection with a different courier at no extra charge!) and I have never had any reason to complain. Delivery status is visible at the click of a button and I can provide my customers with a link too! Personal use, again no issues what-so-ever! Thoroughly recommend them for price, service and helpful'ness!”

“First of all I need to thank IP for great customer service. The sender of my parcel didn't give them my phone number. With just a few minutes call to Interparcel UK I got friendy and good service and with a little help from IP my parcel was in my hands the next working day. They gave me the courier follow up code (that the sender SHOULD have given me) so I could contact UPS to deliver the parcel to my working address. (Yeah they would have done it for me but I'm a crazy Fin and I want to do everything myself :D)”

“went to Post office at 9am thought charge was to high.Returned home done internet search and booked my parcel for collection after 10.30am collected at 2pm by a very nice gent. Delivered next day. great. will use again.”
