“Sabina Lengyelova is an absolute gem; we had an address that was not fully completed at the point of booking which resulted in a world of confusion. Despite my best efforts to confuse the situation even more by mixing up the incomplete address with a totally different delivery to another part of the country, Sabina clearly and concisely established which parcel was which, where they were meant to go and then dealt with the situation. Both parcels arrived correctly to the right places. Sabina followed up with phone calls and e-mails to let us know exactly what was happening and when; we felt like we had our own personal assistant. Thank you!”
