“Excellent service, quick collection and quick delivery. For personal problems I had to postpone the delivery twice; James Giffen who helped me was extremely helpful, accurate on time estimation and professional, he updated me through email for any change and replied on time to my questions. Great service, I would recommend it!”

“Hi there interparcel, i just wanted to make a comment about my parcel, the initial pick up date they failed to pick up the parcel, so i contacted your live support and Katy (live support worker) had my problem sorted in an instant, she firstly apologised about the non pick up and arranged it for the following day. My parcel was picked up just as she said it would be and i am happy, i am still waiting on the arrival of my parcel, i have been tracking it and its due here on monday, but what i wanted to say was, i got the most excellent support from Katy and think it should be known how helpful she was, such a professional sorted my problem as if by magic. Thank you Katy and thank you Interparcel for your most excellent service, i have used your services in the past anyway without any problem, only this one hiccup and it was sorted within minutes, so its sure to say i will be using your services in the future as i did before :) Sharon Smith”
