Unlike most parcel brokers you can both call and email these guys and they respond promptly every time...no issues at all after using regularly for over a year, unlike Parcel Monkey, which is a complete joke in comparison. Highly recommended.

I'm a novice at dealing with couriers, well except for them giving me parcels. My dealings with Interparcel to date has been great, no problems whatsoever, well except for my errors. Didn't take long to get the hang of the software, easy peasy lemon squeazy lol. Yep all good stuff & I actually enjoy doing this :>/

I order a large amount of couriers to destinations world-wide and am very pleased with the competitive prices offered by Interparcel. When I need help, I am always offered exceptional service from Sam Kennard, who responds quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the website - a lot of the addresses I need to send couriers to do not feature on the drop down menus. This means I have to select an incorrect address to book the courier and then phone up customer service to amend it and wait until the correct shipping labels have been issued. Fortunately Sam is always extremely helpful and efficient but it would save a lot of time if the website could be updated in a way that does not require me to put in a wrong address and then make a personal call to correct it. We use interparcel most days for our business, the service is brilliant and it's nice to have the option for reliable positive couriers such as UPS in the pipeline. If I ever have any queries its easy to communicate with interparcel via the Online Chat.

Dear Interparcel, Just to let you know i spoke to James Giffen today who dealt with my enquirey today. I placed an order and mixed up the delivery and send from addresses. I just wanted to let you know that i found him to be professional, friendly and very efficient in sorting out my problem. I believe he is an asset to your company and i hope you will provide him with an immediate pay rise and promote him too. I recently had to return a parcel to amazon but it was 210cm long which is too large for both the Post Office and Parcelforce. Thankfully I found Interparcel online. I was dubious at first as I had not used them before but I had to return the parcel. I have to say the experience was absolutely fantastic. The parcel was collected on time, within the timeslot I requested and then delivered promptly, all the way to Scotland. I received notifications as promised and was able to easily track the parcel during its journey. I would use Interparcel again and would definitely recommend them to anyone. The prices are realistic too and the website is easy to use. A wonderful service - thank you Interparcel

We send most of our parcels with Interparcel and have done for a number of years and found their service easy to use. The customer service is very good. Had a problem a few days ago, which was sorted out by Charlie and Sabrina. Thank's guy's good job.

I made an error in my order in that I entered a wrong address. I sent an email but as the order was being collected shortly I need the amendment done quicker so I tried their chat option. A customer service agent called Kate responded immediately and changed it all on the spot and sent me a new address label. Good service. Prices are good as well for MyHermes with signature. Can't find cheaper elsewhere.

A no mistake service!!!! My parcel arrived in the time shown on the booking confirmation and intact. Also a record price for that service, I would have paid a lot more using directly UPS, DHL, PARCELFORCE or other delivery businesses. Special thank you to Mr Sam Kennard for his precious help in correcting my mistakes :)
