“Interparcel have been consistently reliable and extremely helpful on the rare occasions things have gone wrong. I cannot fault their service or customer focus. To be honest on a couple of jobs I required they have gone far and above what would be expected to make them happen. And all of this for a very cost effective price. I cannot praise them enough!”

“Packed up a bass for delivery approx. 250 miles away. Painless transaction, the bass arrived in good condition and was collected and delivered within the window promised. It's the third bass I've shipped via Interparcel. I always use the UPS service for musical instruments though.”

“I had a parcel to send, but wasn't sure when I could guarantee being in for a collection. By the time I discovered Interparcel it was Wednesday evening. I dropped the box off early on Thursday morning and being the Easter weekend I didn't expect a delivery until the Tuesday. I was delighted to get a text on Saturday telling me that the parcel was delivered. I will definitely use you again.”

“The whole process was straightforward and went smoothly. Setting things up on the web site was easy. The parcel was picked up as arranged and delivered promptly without fuss. I'd definitely be happy to use Interparcel again.”

“Only started using Interparcel recently but I've found them very efficient - easy booking and payment process, fair price and, when there's a problem, it's dealt with promptly. (I recently had an item damaged in transit and the same day I contacted them, they refunded my costs for the item and shipping).”

“Now, unless I really have to I absolutely refuse to use the Royal Mail. Their service and costs are appalling. My friend told me about interparcel.com and these are always the first people I consider, they offer such a good variety of options for delivery. Plus if a package is going into his car I feel that it will actually make to its destination in one piece rather than chucked onto a pile at the post office.”
