“It is a good and easy service! many choice, easy to pay.”

“This is my preferred choice for using a courier service. In the past, I have always thought twice about using couriers due to the cost. Although using royal mail isn't cheap these days either! It's now cheaper and faster for me to receive large (and sometimes heavy) packages. I don't have to fork out for packaging companies either! I have recommended using interparcel to family and friends. I plan to use the service at least once a week.”

“Services exactly as described, great communications and the price is right. Sums it really. It takes a couple of seconds on the website to enter the weight and size of the parcel, the addresses and to select a collection time. Job done. The parcels are collected and then I get a delivery confirmation via text, sorted. On the very rare occasion when I had a problem, a quick call and the guys in the office are on the case and the problem is solved. MGBD Parts & Services are proud to be customers of Interparcel.com and we display the logo in our webstore to recommend the service to our customers.”

“We had to change the delivery address today on an order that had already been shipped. I called Interparcel and had to queue for less than one minute before I spoke to James Giffen on the help desk. He quickly assessed the problem and asked me to email the change of details to him personally. Issue sorted. Interparcel is always my first choice for booking agents, and today's experience reminds me why, helpful and quick to respond.”

“The booking process takes a couple of minutes - you know how much each delivery option will cost, and when your parcel is likely to be there, and all documents are readily printed. The tracking information is also easy to use, and is updated as quickly as Interparcel get information from couriers. If there are any problems, the customer service at Interparcel is very helpful, although sometimes the couriers can slow down a resolution (but this would be the same if you booked with them directly). The emailed invoices are clear and easy to search as the order number is the name of the file. It is also clear where the delivery is from and too, how much it is, and what proportion is VAT. Thoroughly recommend - A small business customer”

“I use Interparcel to send my parcels now. Not having to make a journey over to the post office and wait in a queue, is a bonus. If the recipient of the parcel has special requirements, I send an email to Interparcel and they pass it on to the driver. Replies are quickly received. All in all I think prices are fair, and I always go for the delivery with a signature. That gives security to receiver and sender. Many thanks.”

“For larger parcels we always use Interparcel, they are always so much cheaper than Royal Mail with the added extra that the courier collects from you. We always use the same service and the UPS driver who collects from us has become a bit of a pal, friendly guy who puts the customer first... now thats service!”
