“We have been using Inter Parcel for a while now and we are very pleased with the service. Prices could be a little better, but as long as the service is good then we can live with it. It would be good if when a courier fails to collect or deliver that there was some feedback instead of us having to find out this end Other than that great”

“We have used Interparcel for over 4 years. Rates are excellent. Most of our packages are under 2kg, so go by Royal Mail, but occasionally we have larger packages, and this is when we use Interparcel. Our volumes are too low to get a good rate direct from couriers, so Interparcel a the perfect solution. Never had a problem.”

“I would certainly recommend Interparcel. The website is very user-friendly, and when it changes, it's always a change for the better. Almost all of the time, everything runs smoothly, and on the rare occasions that there's a technical glitch (or the slightly more likely occasions that I've made a mistake) I've been able to get help within 5 minutes of calling the helpline. When I've needed to ring them, the helpline staff have always been pleasant and able to deal with the issue quickly. I'm happy with all of the services that Interparcel provide, but there's one thing I wish I could have, and that's the ability to be billed for customs/import duties. My company ships worldwide, and it would be great if we could offer a fixed shipping rate, including all fees, to our international customers (USA-based customers particularly). I understand that this is probably a massive technical headache to organise, but if it could be done, I'd never use another courier or shipping agent!”

“We ship many parcels around the world each week for our mail order business, and we have tried many courier companies and brokers. We have been using Interparcel for over a year now because they are the best - easy online booking, great options and prices, and most importantly, when there is a problem, their customer service is great. Other companies we used tended to wash their hands of any responsibility once your parcel was shipped - but we all know that occasionally there will be a problem with a shipment, and that's when it counts to have a company who are there to help.”

“We have had a direct Account with UPS and have found them to be a nightmare. We much prefer to use Interparcel and their invoicing is breezy and manageable. The only thing I dont like is that you dont allow to book half a kilogram in weight I pay the same price (?7.99 ) whether I send one parcel or three. Would be great to pay less for one parcel...say ?5.50 or something The 0870 number costs a fortune to ring, would be better if you had a 01 number”

“Found the Interparcel web site. Large choice of different ways to send a parcel. Prices seemed very reasonable. Chose one where I dropped the parcel off at a collection point as this was the most convenient option for me. Parcel will get signed for on collection. All labels are produced automatically and easy to print off.”
