“placed order on a Wednesday for collection next day with a next day delivery promise The parcel was collected at 5.55pm,the driver telling me no chance of a next day delivery,parcel arrived the following Tuesday.No joy on complaining was just told that the collection post code was in a remote area,oh yes the centre of the city of Inverness,capital of the Highlands with a direct service to London,which was the delivery address.If you don't live south of Watford Gap,don't use this company”

“Delivery was very quick. Only issue I had was on the day of collection I received the shipping labels at 0910hrs when the collection slot was between 0900 - 1730hrs.”

“Booked through Interparcel and Citylink was due to collect. No notification of delay but just did not turn up. The next day I had to contact Interparcel to find out where they were and when they MIGHT collect. When Cityklink arrived the next day to collect he said he had left the area when he received notification of the pick up the previous day. I was annoyed because the day I booked it I waited in all day with the intention of going out the next day but had to wait in again. Not good service. I am not sure if it was Interparcel or Citylink that caused the delay in collecting. It arrived safely so I suppose that is a good thing!”

“Sent a package to Italy via Interparcel as I needed to be totally sure when it had been delivered. The cheapest option the site gave me was by UPS which I regard as an excellent and reliable service. Overall it cost me about ?5-6 more than by Royal Mail International Signed For, but it was fully trackable, it got there in 3 days, and I got a text when it was signed for as well. The Interparcel site was easy, and the documents printed out with no grief. I will certainly be using this service in future to send anything overseas when I need more delivery certainty than Royal Mail offers.”

“It was mid-morning. Had just come off-line from the Interparcel website (I'd used them before) and was sorting the paperwork. Now to finish the box for pick-up in the afternoon. A shout from my workshop downstairs: "Fedex!". (What ?!? Already ??) The driver, who already knew me from previous visits, had received the order a few minutes after I'd been on-line and happened to be, coincidentally, in the nearest village, (I live in the boondocks). It would save 1-2 hours of driving around in the Dales hours later if he retrieved the shipment now. So he helped me finish taping up the carton and took off ...with everybody happy. I suppose the service could be improved if the driver arrived with a cuppa and a few bickies. (Parcel arrived at my daughter's - about 1/3 way around the world - after 2 business days at about 1/3rd the cost of ParcelForce - AND - I didn't have to do an hour's round trip and queue in the %$!!&? post office.) Now then ... about those bickies ...”

“I used this site for the first time searching for the best possible price to send a rather large & unwieldy parcel. Interparcel is a very easy site to use & I quickly found & booked my parcel onto a very reasonably priced collection. It beat the Royal Mail price hands down! The parcel was collected from me & delivered to the recipient in less than the 24 hours stated & I will certainly be using Interparcel again - thank you very much.”

“after a previous incident with another parcel company not collecting on time i was worried it may have been the comparison site but after ordering a collection with same company but through interparcel i was pleased they arrived as directed on time. only problem i had was i felt sorry for driver as i had 2 parcels to go out on same day with same company but driver could only take them one at a time so came in morning and returned for other parcel later in day felt sorry for him seen he could have taken both at same time.”

“Easy to find out cost and to book collection. Parcel delivered on schedule. I think I saved about ?20 compared with sending via Royal Mail (ParcelForce), plus I only had to stick it outside my front door rather than go along to the post office. Would definitely use this service again.”

“Have used Interparcel for some years and have noticed lately that there is no option to change collection times - as I work its not possible to be at home all day and opposite can't be at work all day hence I panic in case I'm not there when driver calls to collect. On saying that though good price availability and been lucky with collections so far.”
