Though i've had the odd parcel that has been delivered damaged it equates too less than 1% of parcels i've shipped with Interparcel. The service i've had from them has been first class to date. I might be lucky enough though as they use UPS round here and every parcel i've sent too UK mainland has been delivered within 24hrs every time. Top stuff!

I love Interparcel. We've had almost no trouble with the service at all and despite hunting around regularly, have yet to find a cheaper service. However, it is impossible to get boxes to fit what we sell without it costing a fortune, which we would have to pass on to our customers. So on those very rare occasions when something goes wrong (three times in 10 years) we have to swallow the cost as they will not pay out for the insurance, even if you pay it. This despite the fact that our packaging is far stronger and more secure than cardboard. Those damages that we've had would have happened whatever the packaging. After all, it can't be easy to snap a 16mm thick carbon fibre rod surrounded by foam in half.

I tried different companies before and nobody in the country can beat Interparcel. Never had a problem!

Interparcel has an excellent service and highly recommended by myself. It is easy to use and we use them on a regular basis and have never had any issues with either putting our parcels on the system or when the parcel is collected.

We inky send goods outside the UK occasionally. So Interparcel is a simple and efficient way of sending, and pricing export orders without any fuss.

I like the ability to get a fixed price for delivering my parcels, seemingly no matter the size or weight. I also like the ability to take it to a drop off location which happens to be on the way to work, and is open out of office hours. The Text to tell me it's been delivered is also a useful function.

I recently used Interparcel to send a package to Utrecht, apart from being value for money the goods were collected within an hour, I've use them many times and cannot fault them.

Don't blame the middlemen- blame your choses of carrier. I booked Citylink to pick up parcel -no show for 2 days - for a few quid more Parcelforce for pick up and delivered next day- Citylink, DX and own brand carries should be avoided.

I have been using Interparcel for over 4 years to send parcels all over the world. I have never had any problems with their service, the parcel usually arrives before the expected delivery date and always in good condition.

Interparcel offer a great service, by giving you a variety of options for couriers. It is quick and easy to book and the prices are always very competitive. It would be even better if the user could store details like address, telephone, perhaps even payment details so that it is not necessary to enter them every time. Otherwise cannot fault them.

Very easy service to use, I frequently use their service in Australia as well. Rates are good, website easy to use. But be careful when things go off the rails. Had a bad experience when two weeks after a parcel had arrived (and long been opened and packaging discarded), they claimed TNT had reported it was MUCH bigger than originally stated (twice the size!) and wanted more money. TNT provided no evidence of this and Interparcel asked for none - just assumed I had tried to cheat. I sent them pics of the items (luckily they hadn't been fitted to my car yet!) to show they could not possibly be anywhere near the size claimed by TNT, and the original ebay listing but this wasn't good enough - they wanted copies of private emails to support my claim. I declined, pointing out that their requests defied common sense. This was months ago - haven't heard a word either way since. At virtually the same time, I received another parcel where the shipper had erroneously overstated the weight by 4 kgs - made quite a difference to the freight cost to Australia. I asked Interparcel to claim a refund - again, haven't heard a word. But these are isolated incidents, two amongst 60+ transactions. They just need to improve their fault-handling systems and follow up - it wold be nice to know what he outcomes of the above were.

I used InterParcel to book a courier for a guitar I sold on ebay. The service was ParcelForce's 48 hours drop-off. I dropped the package off with ParcelForce, who later got back to me to say that they had no record of the booking - InterParcel had not booked anything. I contacted InterParcel at the weekend and gave them the direct number for the person at ParcelForce who had been so helpful. On Monday afternoon InterParcel got back to me and asked some questions about the package, what it looked liked etc. I responded with the details and called ParcelForce back who told me they were standing next to my guitar as soon as they answered - Inter Parcel clearly hadn't called the number I provided. On Monday evening I asked Inter Parcel to call me. By 4pm on Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so I called ParcelForce and booked directly. I have just put a request in for a refund from InterParcel. I certainly wont ever use InterParcel again. I recommend booking directly with a courier, or with another broker who doesn't charge 10p per minute for their customer service line.
