“South Africa is always problematic. Latest shipment was with NL economy. NEVER AGAIN. Initially no tracking, then little movement, very slow and it has not got there after 19 days !”

“Apart from a few minor hiccups things have always gone smoothly. The restricted goods list is a bit of a pain. I'd been paying a long time for insurance that as it turns out was useless because laptops don't qualify. If you could sort out cover for those then you'd get 5 stars.”

“Interparcel is very easy to use, all the paperwork comes through very quickly, there is someone there to help if things don't go quite to plan. No probs at all. I do tend to pick the UPS option, as the driver who collects is such a good egg....all in all a great service!”

“I am a business user and only ship 2 or 3 large parcels a week so can't negotiate discounted rates with a courier. However, Interparcel offer really good tarifs (exports are half the price I paid before), and since UPS handle the actual transport/logistics I've had no problems at all either with handling or reliability. No parcels have been late or damaged or lost. I was slightly wary about using them at first since there was some negative/hostile feedback on the web, but after 6 months of trouble-free shipping at home and abroad I can only assume that the critics were either people who don't know how to pack shipments properly, or else fake feedback from disgruntled commercial rivals. The online booking is simple, and I like being able to pay by PayPal. I've only had to call their customer service people once, and the issue (very minor, and PayPal related) was dealt with well. Big thumbs up.”

“Used interparcel twice recently and both times opted for the cheapest courier . Having not heard otherwise it would seem both parcels arrived intact a couple of days later. Only down side was the rather wide collection window of 8.00 am to 9.00 pm which means you've got to prepare to be in all day although, luckily, the driver arrived around 10.30 am on both occasions.”

“Used Interparcel for several years now mainly using the Economy service, carrier being UPS, never had a single problem, 99.9% of items collected from me are delivered the very next working day. Great company and still cheap!”
