“I've been using Interparcel on behalf of my company for over two years now. It's quick and easy to get a quote for a parcel and the prices are very good compared to going direct with some of the main couriers. Pros - Address book, quick to book parcel, quotes easy to get, the right paperwork (including customs invoices) ready to print. Cons - Customer support can be hard to get hold of at times, long waiting times on phone and instant chat although only had to contact four or five times in two years. Wish Interparcel would give receipts when topping up the prepay balance - asked several times but this has never been resolved. Not good when you need receipts for all transactions. Overall I would recommend Interparcel.”

“10/10 for service, but the website could be improved very easily. Why not allow certain details on a customer account to remain 'prepopulated' to save repeatedly completing the same fields again and again - ie. address, payment details, etc.”

“Collected next day, although UPS turned up an hour later than the specified timeslot I don't think this reflects on Interparcel. Reasonable price to Eire, fast safe delivery.”

“Easy to use, gives the freedom to choose which parcel company suits you, whether that be based on price and/or service. Most let you print off postage labels at home and you book a collection date and time to suit you. Never let me down so far. Parcels sent all over UK and International as far as Malaysia and Australia. Far cheaper than ParcelForce.”

“I arranged this with ease although I would not have known how to access the extra insurance I needed unless someone (my daughter) hadn't explained that this is accessed several steps into the buying process. I was told my parcel would be collected between 8 and 5 but I had to wait until 4.30 before it was picked up. This meant that I couldn't leave the house all day. Not a situation I enjoyed. I would probably use this service again if necessary but would prefer the collection to be within a two hour window. The cost is not too bad although it does make me more conscious of the return cost when buying articles online.”

“I have used Interparcel many times for work or private purposes and never had any glitch. Prices are always a lot cheaper through Interparcel than if booking directly with the courrier company so you really save money! I have recommended Interparcel to many people and will keep doing so!”

“Interparcel have a good choice of services from budget to premium that suit 99% of my requirements. I've had the odd bad past experience due to bad support, but normally it's the couriers fault and they've recently addressed these issues. I've used the live chat to get problems sorted out quickly and have not had a problem recently that I couldn't sort out. I've tried a few other courier agents, but this is now my preferred agent and would recommend for quick, reliable and cost effective method of booking courier services.”
