“I have used Interparcel about a dozen times recently, using UPS who are always good. Everything is fine and I have had no complaints. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that I don't know how I will fare with them when something DOES go wrong. I used P2G for years until they lost a parcel, then they were very unhelpful and offered no compensation at all. I will NEVER use them again. So Interparcel, everything hinges on how you treat customers when they have a real complaint.”

“Interparcel.com never say No!!!!!! I've despatched all manner of things through interparcel, 2 metre long fishing rod tubes, a wheelbarrow, fullsize men's bicycle, car roof rack, expensive photographic gear, computer equipment etc etc........and to destinations all over the globe. Painless from start to finish; user friendly website with a choice from all the top couriers, reliable and helpful drivers collect from home, office or wherever you ask, spot on package tracking and ultra efficient help desk in the event you need to contact them. I've lost count of the number of recommendations I've made for them. I can't praise them highly enough, they make my life easy, plain and simple.”

“Excellent reliable service. Cheaper than the post office for next day parcels over 2KG. We tend to go for the UPS option as some of the other carriers offer a next day service but won't collect the same day. Having said that we have used most of the carriers offered without any problems.”

“I have used Interparcel many many times now and generally am pleased with their service. Issues I have had in the past have been that some quotes have been wrong when booking E.G. Northern Ireland and items over some sizes are far too costly on Interparcel compared to other providers. However, smaller items normally go through UPS which offer a great service.”

“Excellent. They picked up my consignments when promised and delivered within the promised time scales. Easy to track online. Loss one star as more expensive than the competition but at least you don't have to wait 3 days for collection! Recommended.”

“Our two parcels were easy to book in on-line; they were collected within the times specified and were tracked throughout their transit on the Interparcel website. Our telephone queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would use Interparcel again and also recommend their service to others.”
