“With the incredible increases from the privatised Royal Mail, I looked for an alternative. Using Interparcel both to drop off at shops or to have the parcel picked up has proved very easy...”

“I tried Interparcel for a courier service for the first time and f9und the system very easy to follow. The price quoted was cheaper than Royal Mail and guaranteed delivery. So good were Interparcel that they arrived at my place of work to collect the parcel before me but then offered to return to collect later in the day. If the delivery if as quick as the collection I will be very pleased”

“The Online ordering process for gaining a quotation, placing an order for collection & delivery was easy. The carrier turned up early the next day. I rang the carrier to double check that the parcel had been delivered and the phone was promptly picked up and an efficient member of staff confirmed that the parcel had been delivered and signed for. Very good service and I will use them again”

“First class service you can trust and you can track every inch of the journey as it happens. The package I received (a pair of tree climbing spikes) which were packaged in a JD Sports polythene bag, with just the handles tied together! They City Link collected and made sure the items got to me without falling out of the bag. - What can I say? It's only a Gold Star service and the bonus was they were a day early. Inter-parcel are the best.”

“The item that I needed transported from Bradford to Milton Keynes was carried out very efficiently. My item arrived and apart from normal handling the box was undamaged. I would definitely use them again.”

“I would recommend this delivery service to anyone, It's cheap and you can pay a little extra for insurance to cover the cost of the goods. The parcel was delivered well within the time frame, a day earlier than expected. I also paid a small charge for a text message to say it had been delivered, for peace of mind. Brilliant. The only downside was I had to wait in all day from 8-9pm for the parcel to be collected from me, it would be nice to give an a.m. or p.m. collection but having said that, for the price the delivery from Gloucestershire to Tyne and Wear (around 270 miles) was fantastic. Much cheaper than the Post Office.”

“I've used this service for a few years now and with one or two exceptions when the parcel wasn't uplifted when it should have been, the service has been excellent. My last parcel to the USA was collected late on Thursday afternoon and was delivered to Indiana the following Monday at lunch time, you can't beat that.”
