I use interparcel on a daily basis. Their customer service is always excellent and friendly with quick a solution. Megan Ellott help was really helpful when i had to sort a highvalue undelivered item and of course it was successful in the end. Keep up the brilliant work interparcel team: Tamas Madarasi

Bad service - did not even attempt to deliver, phone, text or email. They say they could not find the address???

Hi Carl, Thanks for your review, I have checked our system and located a few orders for yourself. Upon checking the last 3 orders with us, I can see one was collected and delivered around 21st July, then you had two booked for Friday 24th July that are showing as collected and out for delivery today. James Giffen has again given excellent service here. He arranged a package sent in error to be stopped and returned to us.

I spent extra money to get my parcel delivered within a couple of days. It has now been over a week and the parcel has not been delivered. I contacted customer services and they do not know what is happening. I got so fed up I even emailed Mark Walters CEO and he has not even bothered to reply. Very frustrated as you can imagine, will not be using this company again!!!!

Booking the delivery was really easy. Had a small issue with the pick up (TNT driver wanted international consignment documents) but they weren't necessary. Spoke with Kirsty Cooney on the phone who has really helpful and resolved the issue.

After an initial problem with a shipment Helen Bannister, one of the managers at Interparcel personally assisted with reconciling our shipment. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and instantly gave me confidence in the service. I would recommend the service to everyone I know based on the customer service I received from Helen, she was amazing!

I have used interparcel for many years & really have come to depend on their reliability. Their rates are excellent value for money & customer service is second to none. I recently exported some goods to china & they helped me through the whole process ensuring all the export documents were right. Thanks again..

Item not collected from a supplier, probably due to a failure of the supplier, james arranged for the courier contract to be cancelled and refunded. Thanks James. Chat system worked very well, quick, friendly, no long wait on a phone line etc. well done.

I have used interparcel many times and so far, not had any problems (hope I'm not tempting fate now!) Yesterday I booked a pick up at the only time possible for the person sending the package. I wanted to ask a question about it and went to live chat. I spoke to James who was very helpful and polite. I will continue to use interparcel in the future.

Normally Interparcel are great, however, when there are problems, it is not easy to correct. On this occasion, collection failed three times (first one due to driver arriving after office closing times). A major issue is that we are not advised of a failure - quite basic really. It would be useful if your tracking system could say that instead of us having to call to find out what has happened. I had an online chat that resulted in nothing being collected and two discussion with other personnel, also resulting in failure of collection. Eventually, James Giffin, was able to arrange a collection for me during office hours. Thank you James.
