Abysmal service from Interparcel. Lost my package, promised delivery multiple times despite not knowing where my package was. Finally admitted that they “couldn’t locate it” but in doing so I went through four customer service officers, who consistently lied, didn’t respond when they said they would, didn’t return calls when they said they would, and were constantly blaming the sub contractor they’d engaged - Parca. I will not ever use and I will never buy from someone using this company again. Interparcel is the WORST.

Received an invoice 7 weeks after the parcel was delivered by ups, stating that it was oversized and I was due to pay them £76 in fees including their “admin” fee. I have learnt to cover myself from supposed charges by having a calibrated set of scales and a branded tape measure and took pictures of both. I enquired as to why it has taken so long for this charge, and also if they could show me some proof from ups about charges for it supposedly being oversized, which I know it wasn’t especially since the size of the item is a known quantity too as well as my photos. No one could answer my request for information about the supposed charges for size discrepancy or why it is so far down the line, so I have not bothered sending my pictures through, I suppose I should charge an admin fee for doing so! I think I have been a customer for somewhere in the range of 10-15 years, I would rather see them in court than provide information in what I see to be as false charges that may be some sort of scam as they cannot answer any simple questions regarding the matter. Update: emailed them with pictures to prove that it was well within size limits, then told it was not boxed properly so that is why I am being charged, despite their invoice for charges stating it was oversized and emails too. This is now almost 10 weeks after delivery, and proven itself to be a scam charge as the reasoning has changed and they are unable to provide me of evidence of ups charges or a reason why it took 7 weeks. I will be charging them for my time for any future interactions as it is just a disgusting way to deal with customers by lying to them.

Booked a collection from Belgium on 11 October for delivery to Isle of Tiree. Tracking app only said it had been booked - never any other details. It was finally delivered on 8 November. Interparcel offer no explanation or recompense for such a late delivery, saying no compensation or refund for a late delivery as our transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. - BUT A FULL MONTH!! (ps tracking still says Booked!

For starters the booked courier failed to turn up on the day he was contracted to, without any communication or explanation. He arrived next day, with no apologies or explanation. Then a week or so later I received a threatening additional invoice stating 'Due to packaging this shipment had to be manually transported through the depot incurring an additional charge.' If anyone is thinking of using Interparcel, I'd strongly advise thinking again!!!!!

Paid for a small important parcel in June 2023 to be delivered from one and to another UK address by FedEx. Over one month has gone by. The parcel as still not arrived, assumed lost in the Coventry depot of FedEx. First and last time I will either recommend or use interparcel of FedEx for a parcel delivery service. No one at either company is interested in giving assistance in dealing with the matter.

Sent a parcel by courier and it did not arrive. I had no notification from Interparcel that it had not arrived and I had to keep calling and emailing to get any information. It was like the parcel had gone into a big black hole together with the courier fee they took. Not happy.

Parcel Lost in Sydney -never got to Perth Do not use Interparcel. This company is incompetent, unresponsive and lie as standard customer response procedure. I have been waiting for my parcel for about six weeks now. Despite numerous promises of we will look into it and we will get back to you, nothing ever happens. They will resist putting anything in writing. After about four weeks of chasing them, they have the audacity to ask to sender to resend another parcel so I am not inconvenienced. Idiots! Parcel cannot be replaced. They will do anything to try to get out of paying compensation for the lost item, not to mention the lost time and effort in having to chase them repeatedly. My favourite bit -their website claims the parcel as delivered, even though they lost in it Sydney and know this. To Interparcel -dont bother responding or asking for the tracking number for the twentieth time, we all know you don't care. I am still waiting for the compensation.

Booked a Collection for 06/06/23 and its now the 18/06/23 and still no one has come to collect...???, We've had to re-book 4 times now as no one came to collect and still no one comes for the re-bookings either...??? Was promised from InterParcel someone would come on the Friday and guess what, No One Came AGAIN!

Of late most of my parcels I send are charging me some crazy clause whereby have to pay an extra £20-£30 for going over 1 cm over a parcel size. Never has this happened before and now it is happening often. I would highly recommend to stay very clear of Interparcel it has now become a complete scam artist company.

Paid extra for tuffnels next day delivery. Did not come to collect on scheduled day. Asked interparcel if they would refund me extra i have paid and was told NO. I did cancel whole order and booked it with ups directly and saved some money. Poor performance

Avoid !! Thieves, who make money from nothing , They don’t care about costumers and their goods they ask you to pay a lot of money to protect your goods but still blame you in case it got damaged. Avoid! Loads of hidden extra charges Poor customer service They contact people after 2 months and charge them for extra fees on carriage 60 days old. People Please Avoid !!

The first order went through fine. However, service fell apart when a booking failed to be collected three times. Interparcel customer service rebooked it multiple times, only to fail again.

I sent a parcel to my dad in Holland on December 12 th 2022 for Christmas and his birthday well it never arrived and when calling them they was not helpful at all I gave address and track number and nothing also when it reached customs Holland I had to pay another fee for it to be delivered spoiled my dad Christmas and birthday as his presents and cards where inside my dad called his end I called this end even got the number of my local evri driver and still no parcel and interparcel told me on telephone I did not send it through them when I did I done it through their site so I am now out of pocket for the presents and also it cost me altogether around £29 which I tried to claim through Insurence but interparcel denied I had even sent the parcel and I was on the site for over 1hr holding as I was in a que then I did not get to speak to anyone just by live chat not good enough do not send your parcel through this company as quick to take money but when problems arise they do nothing and leave you seriously out of pocket

Interparcel I am not very happy with this company at all I booked a carrier service paid for that service and a month later they are trying to tell me I owe them 63 pound as my parcel was 20cm longer then I expected this is not on it’s just a rip off do not use this robbing company unless you want to have an unexpected charge thanks for nothing interparcel

I Sent to Barcelona a Medal to My Untie a Month Ago, Suddenly Now I See in the Tracking Page That is On Its Way Back to Me Because Nobodie Claim It...How Supposed to Claim It If YOU Dont Inform THEM to Collect the Parcel??? Never Again I Will Use This Service!!!! Already 4 Mo ths and not returned yet!!!!!

What a nightmare! We sent a parcel with some promotional gifts to Greece, but UPS in Greece refuses to deliver it. They claim that the box is over 10 kilos and cannot be considered a gift. It's frustrating since they keep asking for proof of payment when there isn't any since it's a gift. We've contacted Transglobal three times now, but every time we explain the situation to them, they assure us that they'll sort it out. However, after a week, nothing has been resolved. During our last call with Transglobal, we had to wait on hold for half an hour, only to be told that everything had been sorted out. However, UPS has since contacted the recipient and informed them that neither Transglobal nor UPS in the UK has contacted them to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that what we were told over the phone was a lie. To make matters worse, UPS is now charging us a fortune for storage!
