Unfortunately, my parcel to Berlin was in the Netherlands on the expected delivery date and therefore was very late arriving at its destination. Slightly disappointing.

I have used interparcel regularly for my business parcels but when a wooden bench arrived badly damaged, interparcel were very unhelpful. I was very disappointed to be so badly treated having sent so many parcels via them.

In general Interparcel is a good system and I will use again - you get to choose the service you need at any particular time. I have marked them down due to two separate deliveries arriving damaged (more to do with individual couriers). My deliveries are decorative glass panels. The first was damaged through the packaging which I learned from and started using extremely protective packaging: hardboard and lots of bubble wrap plus paper. A second delivery was made with damage at a later date. Can't imagine HOW this happened.

Your couriers let you down - booked a collection between 12 and 6 and the courier arrived at 11.00 o clock - not good enough. Product wasn't ready!!

Shipping is about slow as I have waited over six weeks for some items.

Bulky parcel which had to be taken to Post Office meaning by car. Parking a problem near most town offices meant driving a few miles.

Parcel drop-off was great using a standard UK Post Office. The delivery was then fairly quick but due to miscommunication due to Royal Mail not stating that a collection point in Copenhagen, Denmark could not be used for packages over a certain weight I very nearly ended up with GLS returning my parcels to sender. They sent a letter stating that I should contact them but this did not arrive for over a week after they originally attempted to deliver the parcels to the collection point. No attempt to contact me using email or phone was attempted as these details had not been passed to GLS by either Interparcel or Parcel Force.

The parcel got opened and re-taped shut. They lost the handmade birthday card that was inside it.

Posted Laptop and paid extra insurance. Was advised would not be covered for damage ?? , only loss. Paid extra for SMS and receipt messages. I did not receive either message. Its only a matter of pence but why charge if you are not going to do it ? Got 24p refund but would rather had the messages. I must also say that it should be possible to cover for laptop damage in this day and age ?

The company did not show on the date that was booked to collect the parcel. I needed to get in touch with them to collect it the next day.

Making the booking was very easy - collection great could see on map where driver was - but once collected no more info just hope it will be delivered today - even an estimated time of delivery would help

Some parcels didnt arrive and i tried to speak with someone else and that is not possible. I dissatisfied about your customers service, you have to have a customer service phone for any questions or problems.

The parcel got delivered on the day expected but I would have preferred to have been given a time slot like DPD do, then I wouldn’t have had to wait in all day

Actually didn’t make me happy. Was written 4-9-th of April for receiving the parcel in BG, but today is 10-th and they still don’t have it. It’s a baby milk inside and was important to receive it on time. :(

Interparcel are excellent in themselves but as soon as goods are sent via Landmark Global be prepared for a ridiculously long wait for the goods to ever be delivered. I sent 2 parcels which were then sent onwards via Landmark Global for both India and China and they both took 3 weeks. I have another parcel on it's way to India ( Sent on 20th December ) and, a 5-7 day service is never going to happen as they can't even trace where the parcel is at the moment!! Interparcel are fine it's just the other couriers they hand the work over to on overseas stuff which concerns me.
