My parcel got held up for 36 hours in Singapore so not very happy with that but I guess that's down to UPS. Your online chat help however is excellent and I got great help from the operator James.

I rang regarding an order I placed as i could not fit all address details online. I spoke to James Griffin who quickly assisted me and sent me over the shipping label with full address. This was dealt with promptly and professionally - Well done James

We use Interparcel for all our ad hoc courier needs. More often than not I have to admit that service is OK but not sparkling. However I cannot say that about the service we recieved from Customer Services Advisor: Sabrina Slade. Sabrina went above and beyond the call of duty. She demonstrated excellent understanding and empathic sympathy for our situaltion, Following up when she promised to and closing out our issue with professionalism. a very good service but a little frustrating when booking an international service on a sunday to find that the labels wont be ready until the next day......

Good website that is easy to use but if you have a problem don't expect too much help. I spent ?6,000 with interparcel in the last 12 months and still get treated with poor service.

We have used Interparcel for over 2 years - 90% of the time everything is fine but when there is a problem we find the customer service rather lacking and all problems are laid at the customers feet. The booking system is quick and easy and we love the UPS guy that collects from us.

I have you guys for quite a wile now,and would rate you very highly if you could be bothered to sort out any problems that accur,in the past I have had a few problems ,when I have phoned to ask or try and sort them out,the response is terrible ,I am just left to sort it all out my self and your company just dose not want to help at all. I only use you guys now on sper of the moment times now ,you have let your selves down to many times , I want a service or company that is willing to take my money and if there is a problem are keen to resolve it...

Booked city link to collect parcel an waited in all day an they never turned up in the end had to take parcel to them next day what a waste of time !!

Generally response rate is very good but i have a parcel undelivered by city link and lost since mid november. I have to go through you as it was booked on your website but it still not has been resolved nor have you contacted me with regards to it but i have had to contact you on three occasions to get an update! I am at the moment out of pocket by ?75 because of your inability to follow it up.

Good: Very handy to have several courier options presented in a clear and easy to understand manner. The booking system is simple and they send all labels for you to print so you don't have to type addresses etc. Bad: Although they say next day delivery 'guaranteed' they never honour the guarantee. I use Interparcel regularly and on a few occasions have had parcels take over a week to be delivered when I have paid for next day delivery. When trying to claim a refund they always have an excuse and I have never been successful in getting a refund.

This company charges ?18.50 for a domestic service. Going to the company directly - they offer the EXACT same service (as confirmed by the company I spoke to themselves) for ?4.89 including VAT. I asked IP bout this and the woman just gave me a load of evasive lies about how they don't get a discount on the smaller packages when [external reference] tell me they give extensive discounts. The company service is generally good - but I have not yet had a problem with an order besides the courier turning up at 20 past 5 when everyone had gone home (and a 4 o clock cut off was specified) but the driver was more than happy to return the following day. Best part is it is convenient - I don't have time to search dozens of sites to find the best company.

We use interparcel on an almost daily basis and when everything is straightforward all runs smoothly. When there is anything unusual or any amendment to an order to make then the whole service falls down. Interparcel staff I have spoken with have been rude, surly, put the phone down on me or even just tell me that 'they cannot help me' in a very matter of fact tone. Not good customer service at all but the site runs smoothly enough 99% of the time.

Booking with Interparcel is quick & easy. Decided to use City Link next day delivery - Mistake!!! After paying over ?10 for next day delivery was told the parcel would be collected between 0800 - 1800 which in itself is a bit of a joke. Waited in ALL day. No sign of City Link. Contacted Interparcel using their on line chat facility and was told that City Link collect up to 1900 hrs. Tried again at 2000 hrs and was told that City Link had updated their system that they called at 1712 hrs and got no reply. Absolute rubbish, i was looking & listening out all day. They obviously used a feather to knock on my door! No calling card left. Feel really let down. Won't be using City Link again.

Most of my parcels get to their destinations with no problem. recently, though, one parcel went missing - it arrived at the sort hub, then nothing. This was disappointing because it was a silk bridal bouquet which I had sold for charity. My buyer was very disappointed and I had to refund the amount she had paid, including the courier charge. I find, now, that I will not be refunded the postal charge as I didn't choose to pay for the guaranteed service. I had thought that the guaranteed service would mean a refund of the value of contents and the charge.

Our over all experience with interparcel is great, reliable and efficient, we send out many parcels and they are in the main delivered as per agreements. Our only gripe is that when things go wrong it can be immensely frustrating, with queries taking a day or more to be answered and investigations taking up to 18 days to get any firm answers. From our point of view, when customers are waiting for goods, having to tell them we have no idea where their goods are and it could be some days until we know is frankly unprofessional and embarrassing. City Link are the problem delivery wise without them I am certain we wouldn't need to put in claims or call for assistance in tracking items. Without them we wouldn't know about the lengthy procedure of locating a parcel. They have delivered our orders to addresses the other end of the country to where they are supposed to be, lost packages completely and left goods unsigned for out in the rain. City Link in our minds provide a completely unacceptable service, and unfortunately reflect badly upon yourselves.

Was unable to stipulate collection after 3pm (not everyone can sit in all day) and have no communication about what time it will be delivered today. Cheap.
