Do NOT use a company called DX - on of Interparcel's couriers. I waited in from 9.00am until 4.30 for their collection, only to be told at 4.30 (when I rang Interparcel) that one of their drivers had not turned up for work. No phone call, no message, just a day wasted.

The delivery of my parcel was initially slow and the drivers seem to make poor attempts to complete the delivery. That was until I contacted customer service and was greeted with an immediately positive and helpful response from Customer Services Advisor Annelese McBride. Annelese then provided tremendously helpful assistance in getting this parcel delivered! She was very positive and resourceful, and communicated quickly and clearly. Thank you so much Annelese!

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for the delay with your delivery. I can confirm once we received the correct local contact telephone number for the consignee, we did pass the information over to UPS to assist with the delivery.

A reasonably priced company who picked up the parcel within 50mins of placing the order. Unfortunately even though we chose express option for parcel to be delivered next day, the parcel didn't arrive until 2days later. However, this wasn't a huge issue for us but upon emailing the company to chase our parcel Becky Blythe responded promptly & dealt with our matter & also aoofered us a full refund due to failure of service guarantee - what fantastic customer service. On this note I wouldn't hesitate to use UPS again.

used to be excellent but recently a number of parcels have been late delivery or lost or not picked up

Late pick up of goods. Cannot track drivers which is a slight annoyance. customer service rep ( Racheal) was very helpful however and cleared up any issues I had.

Hi, James G answered my query well thank you however on previous occasions we've asked further information , e.g. why hasn't our collection been done and further information never been given it except "you'll just have to wait till 6pm and see" and collections are NEVER done as late as this.

Good service and prices when everything is going well, any issues and due to the fact that they are not the specific courier then there can be quite a few problems. About 199 out of every 200 deliveries are fine but the one that goes wrong can take a few weeks to sort

Hermes have massively let site down with delaying collection for 2 days, however the support from Sabina Lengyelova has been first rate. A very helpful individual.

The pick up did not take place as scheduled. And there was a mix-up (perhaps my fault) about the size of the parcel -- it was 95 and NOT 950 kgs. so I was hugely overcharged. I never received notice of deliver until today when STACY McKay quickly and efficiently tracked down the notice. She was superb!

I was very disappointed to find out that my parcel had not been collected. I was not informed of this i had to make contact as i had not heard anything. A lady called Louise Evison has dealt with my enquiry and i am very pleased with her service she has arranged for my parcel to be collected today and kept me well informed of everything she was doing. I hope she does get recognition for the service she provides.

My only one good experience is connected with Lisa Irish. She response to my complain about prepaid message about delivery. She asnwered my question very quick and helpful. I´m not sure, if I can recommend this company, because I wasn´t able to found, that delivery from Highland to Mainland took longer time that advertised (we delivery your item till next day...that´s sometimes is not true). You didn´t get this information, when you ordered. My other communication via emails wasn´t very helpful to me. Phone call to call center was better. OK, if you will not claimed your order and you send it within Mainland, it could be good. It could ne, but not will be. But - still better possibility than Parcel Monkey. Filip Procházka

Dear Filip, Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies in regards to the transit times. Unfortunately some areas in the highlands and Island can take a little longer as it may be classed as a remote area. The service chosen does advise that it will be next day in most areas, unfortunately our system will not recognised if your area is in a remote area due to this in the future please contact us and we will confirm the transit time for you.

I have placed many orders through interrparcel, mainly through UPS. It is with regret that my last delivery was nothing short of disasterous, however fortunately you have a great customer services department which was able to help and inform me, quickly, when I needed it. Problems with two deliveries that I booked so had to cancel them. James Giffen arranged a full refund in a matter of moments, which was very helpful.

Hi Leo, I am very sorry that the labels were not sent over to you in time for these orders. Unfortunately we had a system issue over the weekend causing the delay, this has now been fixed so you should have no issues booking with us in future. I can confirm both bookings have now been cancelled and refunded in full.

My parcel got held up for 36 hours in Singapore so not very happy with that but I guess that's down to UPS. Your online chat help however is excellent and I got great help from the operator James.
