“First time I have ever sent anything this way, it really was so simple and at 68 things need to be easy. Rapid conformation. I hope that collection and delivery goes as profesional and eficient as the booking and that the customer gets the same treatment.”

“I'm glad I found this way of delivering 200 wedding invitations to my brother. The price quoted was exceptionally competitive and I was pleased with the delivery time. The text messages were very helpful and reassuring. The information about the delivery given on the website could be more helpful as it said the estimated delivery was by end of business the same day as collection! The staff at the pickup point seemed to have difficulty locating the parcel, in fact they told my brother that it hadn't been delivered and was probably lost. When he was then told that yes it had been delivered and went to collect it he was again told it wasn't there. Eventually they found it! To conclude, two changes would make the experience 5* 1 Make the information on the website more accurate initially 2 Provide some staff training”

“I have never, yes NEVER had a problem with Interparcel delivering my items. I have moved things from small to very large from remote areas of Scotland to Northern Ireland & Eire, several places in Europe as well as a great many to the South of England and I have never had an item get lost, damaged or stolen whilst in their care. The main service I use is their Economy Service, because I live in the north of Scotland there is no point using next day delivery as it will never get to where its going next day. So the Economy service is 1-2 day deilvery and all of my items have arrived within the 2 days no matter where it has been going. The Economy service uses UPS so you know that your stuff is going to be well looked after unlike some others that I could mention. Insurance for your items (up to ?1000) is reasonably priced and you can negotiate Insurance services if your item is valued higher than ?1000 and that is also not too bad priced. Courier Services using Interparcel are much cheaper than most other Couriers considering that they use UPS, CItyLink and FedEX, however they also use cheaper Couriers but I would not recommend taking those services especially when you will only be saving a few pennies, much better using the Express Serivces, Interparcels own (using UPS) and I have just used the UPS Access point service for the 1st time and that was ok too. Fantastic Door-to-Door Delivery Service, I would highly recommend them to anyone - in fact that is exactly what I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“It's a great service which provides access to a wide choice of carriers without the hassle of having to manage accounts and relationships with each. They offer much more competitive pricing than I can get direct with the carriers, as I simply don't have the volume requirement to get their prices down. The website is dead easy to use for visiting (one-off) users and even more convenient once you're registered. Interparcel are now my first choice parcel courier. Brilliant!”

“I tried Interparcel for a courier service for the first time and f9und the system very easy to follow. The price quoted was cheaper than Royal Mail and guaranteed delivery. So good were Interparcel that they arrived at my place of work to collect the parcel before me but then offered to return to collect later in the day. If the delivery if as quick as the collection I will be very pleased”

“been using interparecel for year on a regular basis find the service great, but sometime struggle filling the address field I find it annoying when you use a non alphanumerical characters i.e c/o does not work and you can not progress unless you have the recipients phone number this is not always available. Also interparcels prices are quite high and other websites are doing cheaper quotes and up the 40% cheaper”
